Perfect go-to turtleneck.
I have a bunch of these in different colours. They are a staple of my wardrobe - they are long enough not to ride up, light enough to wear under LE fleece, and very comfortable.

My favorites ever
I absolutely love these turtlenecks and am slowly working my way up to one in every color! I love the fabric - they stretch in the right places and stay appropriately loose in others. They're thin enough that they make a great base layer during the cooler months but are still thick enough to provide modesty if worn alone. They're so soft and breath well, I even sleep in them during the winter. I like that the neck stays snug but not tight. I am so happy with these I keep buying more!

Excellent quality and fit
These shirts are the most comfortable and versitile piece of clothing in my closet. The fit perfectly and wash well. You can wear them casually or dress them up. I have one in almost every colour.

Fantastic top
This is a great turtleneck to wear alone or layer. The price is right and so is the style. I should have gotten it in every color. The eggplant is yummy (pun intended).

I liked so much I bought another
This is a thin knit ribbed merino jumber. I liked it because it isn't too thick and I want to be able to wear it under jackets and parkers etc. It fits nicely. Sleeves are long, but can rolls these back easily enough. Has a nice long length to hip also

best turtleneck ever!
I love turtlenecks and have worn a number of different styles and brands over the years, but for the last couple of years I have only bought Lands End Cotton Modal Turtlenecks. They have the best fit. They are long enough to wear with lower rise jeans or pants, and are fitted enough to be flattering without being too snug. They are dressy enough to wear to work with trouser pants or skirts but they also look good with jeans.

Good colors, weight and degree of stretch.
My go to turtlenecks, especially matched with the Starfish refined stretch pants. Warm without bulk and comfortable degree of stretch as well.

Perfect under a blazer
Very pleased with this. It is a bit clingy, and it is thin, but it works great under a jacket for work. Long in the body and long in the arms, which is perfect for me.

First ever Lands End return due to poor quality!
Wow ... my review title says it all, it's hard to believe that a product of this quality is sold with the Lands End label. Lightweight is right - the material was so sheer that in a lighter color that you couldn't wear this turtleneck without something over it - this item in white was virtually see-through. While the material was soft and stretchy, the neck of the shirt sagged like a deflated tire and wouldn't stay up. The material looked wrinkled and sloppy as soon as I put it on. Looked and fit like something from a discount store. Lands End has always been my go-to store for quality basics but if this was my first purchase, it probably would have been my last. I'm hoping that it's a fluke!

I am loving these
I ordered these by accident last year - one white and one black - and was disappointed that they were so lightweight (duh, I guess I didn't read the description very carefully), but since then I have found them WONDERFUL for winter layering under cardigans and jackets of all types for work. I've been reading the other reviews and realizing "Hey, I should order some more colors". :-)
