Love this shirt!
I received this shirt as part of my first Land's End purchase ever. I read and re-read product reviews before ordering, as being an international customer I didn't want to have to return anything. According to LE size charts, I'm a size 4-6, however I read that LE sizes run large, so I ordered a 2 in this shirt. I ordered the Nautical Blue stripe and it's PERFECT! Fitted enough to look smart, but loose enough to wear a layer underneath in colder weather. I'll be wearing it to work, but you could team it with jeans or chinos too. The quality is beautiful with flatlocked seams & extra button on the placket. And at the clearance price, who could ask for more (except maybe Land's End stores in Australia) ?

Fits small across the bust.

Nice shirt but tight in the shoulders
I ordered the teal because I liked the colors -- especially that it will look great with tan chinos in the spring and summer (It is not that easy to find shirts with tan in the print or stripe). The length of body and sleeves is fine and the chest and waist are good, but the shoulders feel uncomfortably tight on me. Therefore, I feel that I can only wear it as a layer over a sleeveless shell. I had planned to wear it under a sweater and alone as a blouse, as well. If I order another one, I will order the next size for shoulder comfort, but I'm afraid that the body will be baggy.

Love these shirts!
I bought Two of these shirts originally, the teal paisley and the blue stripe while they are on sale, had to come back and get the pink paisley also because I loved the first two so much. I am plus size and get really nervous ordering online because it seems the size can vary and the look can be less than expected, however I love the quality of this shirt the full long sleeve and the nice pattern. The size was good, I always order big and baggy because I don't like clinging on my stomach. Anyway I am really happy with these and love layering these with the cardigans I bought on here also. Thanks Lands End for cute and normal plus size clothing.

I wear them often
I have two different patterns of this shirt and not only are they very pretty, but the fit is perfect, and versatile. I've worn them many times and even get compliments. They launder well, and are a must for any wardrobe.

Beautiful shirt, but doesn't have much "stretch"
I loved the look and construction of this shirt---the colors were beautiful and the construction wonderful. However, it had very little stretch. With only 2% elastin, there is very little give in the fabric. I will have to send it back, unfortunately, because I need the fabric to give me a little stretch in certain areas. Sad. :-(

Vibrant colors, exceptional quality
I got the teal paisley and the shirt fit perfectly. The tailoring is well done and the colors are vibrant. It holds up to the no iron claim. Looks great with jeans or khakis. A definite must have!

I have three of these and am very happy with them.
Love the stretch and cerulean blue, berry and bright teal colors. At 5'4", the regular size 14 fits me well in the body. The sleeves are too long but I just turn them up because the petites are usually too tight in the shoulder area and too short in the body for me. They are kind of light weight but roomy enough to layer something underneth or wear a sweater over them. Might order more!

Beautiful shirt
I got this in the cerulean blue, and it's absolutely beautiful. It has shades of bright teal blue, grey, and cerulean blue paisley, set against a off- white background. I got it to match the "feel good cardigan" (style #405764-495) in the Bright teal heather and it looks nice together. Pair it with a grey skirt or pants or any denim bottom as well and your are ready to go. I am 5 2" 125 lbs and 34 on top. I got the 4 in the petite and it fits quite nicely. It washes well, too. Glad I purchased this lovely shirt.

This shirt is the perfect fit!
This shirt doesn't pull in the button area. I never have to worry that someone can see through the open spaces between the buttons. It is wonderful. I always need to look professional and this shirt is perfect. I hope to buy more.
