Women's Long Sleeve Lightweight Cotton Modal Lace Top
please offer this shirt in more colors!
I already reviewed this top once, but all my reviews of LE merchandise seem to have disappeared... this is a great layering piece. It's SUPPOSED to be lightweight! Fit is slim but it's very flattering. I love the neckline and trim. I would buy this in every color. The only thing I might suggest is a three-quarter-length sleeve. Please don't discontinue!

Nice color/fabric, but bad fit
I like to wear knit shirts that are more styled than a simple T. This shirt would have been perfect for casual evenings out, or, with a proper fit, for work.
I am average busted, and I find that the shirt is cut way too low. The shirt is a rather thin fabric, well suited for spring/summer, but I need to wear a cami or tank underneath. If I pull the shirt up, so the shirring is just above my bust, my bra straps show.
I did not think the shirt was see through, even though the material is rather thin. It's very soft and comfy, and launders well.

This shirt would be great if the fabric were better quality, but it is way too thin and see through. I like the fit of the shirt and the bit of lace at the neckline, but the fabric is not worth anything.

Great top with a vibrant color!
This is a great size for plus size as I have two in a 1X--the purplette heather and berry. I had the first one and just received the berry color and LOVE the vibrat color! It's a cross between a magenta and red which is perfect for this time of the year. I will wear it frequently and wished it had come in a black or at least a black heather.

I own this shirt in a few colors. They are a very thin fabric which is great in summer time. I returned the "ivory" shirt because it was too see through.

LACE TRIM TOP IS A HIT!
Love this top for layering and on its own. It's flattering and form fitting without being being tight or revealing. The neckline is just high enough for modesty and fits my 36D bust perfectly. Since many Lands' End tops run large, I went with a size small and it's just right. The fabric and lace are comfortable and soft. Washes and dries beautifully. I do wish it came in the sand color that the camisole comes in since it looks like a perfect, go with everything neutral.

A bit of femininity
Lovely solid color top with a bit of feminine lace at the neckline. This is a thinner fabric, but it is soft and quality made. Some reviews of this top complain that the neckline is to low. I am larger chested and do to have that problem with this top. I work at an elementary school so I don't show any cleavage at work and this top is perfect. I am ordering more colors!

love this shirt
Just got this home and have decided to order more. Lovely modal cotton--very soft and comfy. As another reviewer mentioned, though, the shirring may not work for everyone. I'm a 38C up top and I really liked the fit, but I can see that the neckline may not flatter / fit women with smaller busts.

the fabric is very soft, almost silky, and thinner than i expected, but i really like the shirt. and as mentioned in another review, the neckline is low, but i think it looks really cute with a bra-top or tank underneath. i wish it was available in some more exciting colors though. otherwise i'm really happy with it!

Better as Long Underwear Top
I bought this in the purplette heather color which is just gorgeous. I love all things purple. The fabric is nice and soft; the lace not scratchy. So why the low rating? Because of the too-low neckline! I ordered this in Medium which had a nice, slim but not tight fit. The neckline fell so low my bra was revealed. The way the gathers are constructed in the center, with the "cupping" effect thereof, there is no way to pull the top up to a more modest level without the gathers falling very unnaturally over the bust/sternum. If the neckline had been about 1-1/2 inches higher, I would have purchased multiples at this price. Then again: I suspect the price has been pretty reduced because of the problem I have just mentioned. Maybe this would work for someone with a more ample chest. As it is, the only way to wear this is under something else, out of sight, which is a pity because it is otherwise a lovely shirt. Back it goes.
