Really pretty
I got this shirt in the dark blue, and it's gorgeous. I love the design of the beads, and the fit is great. The material is thinner than I expected, but I don't mind it, since it's summer.

Beautiful beading
The decorative beading on this tank top takes it to the next level of simple sophistication. Purchased both colors, which are attractive. Was looking forward to pairing up with my Starfish crops and jackets. Sadly, the sizing was off (too wide under the arms/in upper body) and had to return them. For the person with the right build, these will be a lovely addition. I am normally Petite XS. The rest of the top fit well -- not too tight or too long. Material is more on the thin side (compared to 1x1 rib), but still nice. The last couple seasons I have found the sleeveless tops in my normal size are too wide under the arms. And I have tried on most all of them in store or by mail order. Maybe LE needs to revisit its sizing, or add XXS to sleeveless top offerings.

This is a very pretty top. I will have to exchange it for a small, since my usual Lands End size gaps under the arm.

Too fancy for every day
This would be a good top for work or an occasion to dress up. The fit and color are good. However, I found the beading a little too much for my personal taste or for something you'd wear on a daily basis.

Too large in chest/underarm
I ordered an XS petite which usually fits me well (and there is no smaller size) and the underarms gaped unattractively so I returned it. The cut under the arms was odd compared to other tanks in the same size.

Wow!
It is an adorable tank with beads and so inexpensive, and you can even get it on sale! I can't believe how nice it looks in person. It is difficult to see the beads on the web site, but you won't be disappointed.

happy surprise
I know that this shirt says it is beaded but I looked closely at the picture and somehow I was expecting it to be embroidered with just a few beads for a little "pop". I guess that it is just how it looks to me in the picture--even enlarged to show more detail. All of the decorative detail around the neckline is beads. When I received the shirt, I was surprised by this and I didn't think I liked the look (just not my style)..... until I tried it on. It fits perfectly. The neckline is scooped but not too low. It lies close to the skin and doesn't gap open if I lean over (love that!). The cut of the armholes is perfect as well. No gapping open anywhere! I work with tweens and teens so I love that it is modest without being matronly. This will be really cute on its own or with a casual jean jacket over it. I can wear it with shorts or dress it up with a skirt or slacks without it looking out of place. I bought the blue version with the white beads and it is slimming. The beads (while I am not a "bead girl") add interest to the shirt and are a great contrast to the dark color. I am tempted to get the other color as well but I will wait to see how well it washes. (Also wish there were some different patterns in the beading and other choices of colors.) It is a hand wash or delicate machine wash and dry flat shirt. I would not have ordered it if I had realized this but I really like it. I hope the stitching on the beading is strong. I'm keeping this one!
Fit is standard for Land's End which means I wear a medium even though at the department stores I'll usually be a large. Their sizing is a little big but this top is in line with others on this website/catalogue.
