Good wind breaker
Wore the jacket on a recent golf outing with strong winds and a chill in the air. It worked very well as an insulator and accommodated a shirt underneath. My only minor negative comment is that it wrinkles pretty easily, especially when thrown in a golf bag.

Nice Light weight Jacket

Absolutely love it!
This jacket is very lightweight and perfect for warm weather rainy days, a great jacket to take along "just in case". Even after folded into small bundle it retains its shape and is pretty much wrinkle-free. My only wish is that it was "blacker",, its a really dark charcoal grey which, although not black, is a nice color. It fits well and does not look too boxy,it has some shape to it. I'm going to get a lot of use out of this jacket. And, the zipper is easy to use.

Color way off
I was trying to get away from always ordering black so I chose the ocean blue. It is not the color as shown. It is very bright and more like turquoise in color . I did not try it on since I was disappointed in the color as soon as I saw it. I guess I'll send it back and get black.

I don't have the womens' version but bought the mens' for my son and he loved it
I bought the men's version of this golf jacket for my 20-something son, for Christmas, and he---a very picky person about clothes---really seemed to love it. He will use it as a windbreaker mainly. It seemed well made, sturdy, not heavy or bulky, but hopefully waterproof. Based on that experience, I would recommend this jacket as a windbreaker (which Lands End does not seem to carry for the most part...most are heavy, lined, WINTER jackets for those who live in snowy areas, not what we wanted). I would hope LE would carry this jacket, as well as more of the "just plain regular" windbreakers for women and men. I'd ask for a light lining such as mesh, a covered zipper, a hood that can be zippered or velcro'd into a pouch at the back of the neck, and so on: not something that makes a person appear to be setting out to climb Mt Everest!

Perfect for rain and golfing
I just got the jacket a couple of weeks ago and played in a golf tournament last Saturday. It was about 60 degrees with a bit of rain. The jacket was perfect. I found that my swing was not affected the least bit. Another lady in my 4 some put on her rain gear but it really messed with her game and she had to play with none on. Definitely worth the money.

Loose elastic on sleeve presents problem
The jacket was lightweight, true-to-size, and an attractive color. The problem was that the elastic around the cuff was too loose and would not stay up around my wrist. When I attempted to fold it back to a better length, it would just slide back down because of polyester material. My golf game cannot tolerate distractions, so I returned it.

Love this jacket!
I wanted a simple windbreaker and that is exactly what this is. It's a soft, comfortable and quiet polyester shell. It's roomy enough to put a sweater under it, but since it's light-weight, it doesn't look huge with just a T-shirt. I got the light blue color, which is a soft aqua and very pretty.
