Comfy but....
This is a comfortable, basic dress. It fits fine, material is fine, but when my husband saw it he remarked that "it looked like something our grouchy, elderly neighbour would wear"....,Ouch.

Perfect dress!
This dress is exactly what I was looking for in a casual summer dress. I'm sure it could be dressed up but I was looking for simple. We do a lot of RVing and this is perfect to slip on to go out shopping or for dinner or just to wear around home or the RV. Love the style (great pockets), the fit (perfect length), the colours (I chose the dark blue with green trim - lovely) and the material (not flimsy but still cool enough for hot days). And, it's very well made.

Dress is perfect, but ...
This dress is just what I wanted for the summer: casual, comfortable, but nice-looking and easy to throw on to wear almost anywhere -- market, friend's house, home, etc. The only drawback is the color. this is the best of the three choices for me; I do not like bright, loud colors, but navy would not be my first choice. I wish that Land's End offered better, subtler color choices like khaki or beige, or muted blues or greens.

Good dress for me, except for length.
I purchased this dress, thinking it would be the perfect one for summer outings. Comfortable in the heat, unwrinkled, etc. I didn't expect length to be an issue. I wore it for the first time this afternoon, and was disappointed to find the hem well above my knee (too short for me). All other aspects of the dress were fine. I returned home, thinking it might order a TALL size with a longer length, but didn't find one. I'll keep it and wear it, but would not order another one for me.

Cute, but...
I am 5'-5.5" and weigh 130lb. At my age I really don't want dresses to go above my knees. It would be nice to offer a tall length also; 37" looks ridiculous on me.

V is for very nice
love this dress. the fabric is soft yet hefty enough to give it a nice drape. the flattering v-neck is a refreshing change from the polo-collar dresses -- which do get boring after a while, no matter how many colours they come in. this dress is a true fit, but the fabric has very little stretch. so if you like your dresses a little loose, order a size up. lands end makes too few of such simple, straight-cut dresses. cuts like this are more forgiving for most figures. please make more of them -- in more colours, and perhaps with side pockets instead of patch pockets?
