great skort
The skort IS comfortable. It DOES fit true-to-size. The pockets never show what you have inside. I worn it in summer and was perfectly satisfied and happy with the skort.
You shouldn't buy it if you would like to wear it with leggins or tights, as the sewn-in shorts and the skirt are made of good cotton, and anything on legs will pull the skirt up and between thighs.

Perfect!
This skirt is super cute and I've received so many compliments on it already! It is very trendy with the pockets, but also very practical since it is a skort (and doesn't look like one). As a mom of two little ones, I am a fan of cute and practical clothes! I'm already had other moms ask me about it. I love that I don't have to worry about scooting around on the floor with my kids, but I still look nice! It looks good with t-shirts or nicer tops.

They fit large
They are not for petite women. I bought the size 6 and I was swimming in them. Also, the gathering is not much so, it could be that they need to be arranged to obtain the look in the pic, but it looked flat in the front. The skirt was at least three inches wider on each side than the shorts. The fabric has a very nice texture, and the colors are beautiful, but they just didn't work. I will have to return them.

Versatile skort
Very comfortable, love the pockets. Looks like a skirt. Can be dressed up or down depending on the top, shoes or accessories you wear with it.

Too baggy, too much material
This didn't work for my daughter. It was simply too much material and was not at all flattering.

Everywhere-you-go skirt
I'm of regular stature 5'4'' and 123 pounds, and size 2 fits me perfectly. The look is very flattering, and though a bit sporty, it's not at all forbidden in the office, either. I wear this really everywhere, as the length allows it to be combined with any footwear/ outwear. And the shorts are great for extra layer. My only problem that it wrinkles too easily, but with lighter color it's not a bit trouble.

Not so hot!
This skort is very heavy and overly gathered making it uncomfortable and unflattering. I plan on returning it.

Great for workout
First time buying this skort. I bought a size 12 in the gray heather color. I am taller than average and this skort is a bit shorter than I would wear out and about, but for a workout, or for casual wear around the house or yard, it's great! I am a pear shape and usually have to avoid side pockets. I did not notice any problems from front or back with the pockets making my hips look larger, which makes this great for carrying tissues or a key while out walking in the morning. Shorts are soft and comfortable. Will buy a pair in navy if these stand up to multiple washings.

Comfy, modest, but "makes you look hippy"
I'm 47 Years old, 4'11", 130 pounds. Though I am not affiliated with an organization that requires a uniform, I bought these for daily wear because I tend to be an "active wearer" of skirts and feel more comfortable with the modesty afforded by the shorts under the skirt. I wish Land's End would offer more skorts for adults in more than basic colors in size 14 to 18. I do like the fact that they are 100% cotton and have an adjustable elastic waist, and at my 4'11" they end just at the top of my knees. However, if you have large waist and/or hips, these tend to emphasize them even more.
