lacing a problem
The moccasin fit quite well, but when I tried retying the bow, the lace broke .A few days later I saw one of the side laces was broken.

GREAT SHOES!!
Put these shoes on the minute they came, VERY comfortable!!! Read other reviews on how they "came apart at the seams". I wear mine pretty much every day (unless it rains) and they are very well made!!! I am not a sock kinda gal and I have not experienced one blister!!! Like I've been wearing them for years - and my 15 yr. old wants me to get her a pair!!!! I purchased the purple ones and very happy with the color, it's more of a grayish/purple which is exactly what i was looking for. Think I'll get another pair myself!!

This shoes are confortable and beautiful, the dark purple is eye catching, I have received many complements when I wear them.

I Love These Shoes!
My favorite pair of shoes! I have had them for almost 2 years and they still look and fit good. When I'm going shopping for the day these are the shoes I wear. I wear a size 9 wide and they were comfortable when I took them out of the box and put them on. This is the only pair of shoes that I don't feel like I have to take them off as soon as I get home from work. I get compliments on them often.
Land's End, please give me more colors to choose from.

Not made well at all
I purchased these shoes in April at a real good sale price of $19.97. I did not wear them until Sept., since I felt they are more of a fall shoe than something to wear in the summer. First day I put them on the tie tassel on top of the one shoe ripped. I wore them anyway however a few days later one of the the rawhide side laces ripped. That same day I noticed that the stitching attaching the top of the shoe to the side was coming out. I took pictures of these shoes but I don't think I will be able to attach them to this review. I have not contacted Lands End regarding returning them so I don't know how that will go since I purchased them way back in April. I am so sad because these shoes were very comfortable the few times I wore them, which I believe I wore them about 3-4 times to work and 1-2 days for doing errands, so I only wore them about 6 times.

These shoes were even BETTER than I expected!
I was hesitant to order online as I prefer to try on shoes for sizing. I am usually a size 8 but sometimes a 7 or 7.5. I chose size 8 and they fit perfectly! They arrived within 6 business days (to Canada). I highly recommend them!
