Way too big
I really like the colors but it's so big that I can actually wear a heavy winter sweater under it and still have lots of room. Not warm enough to wear for Canadian spring or fall weather.

So lightweight and warm!
This jacket is true to size and a great fit. I am a size 16 and wear an XL. My favorite part of this jacket are the zippered buttons and the inside zipper for my ipod. Perfect for cold weather. Nice and warm. Love!

great coat for winter running
i wanted a jacket that was warm enough to run in during cold winter weather including light rain and snow but still lightweight and not bulky and this coat fits the bill! i also love the extra warmers for the hands. i can keep my hands warmer yet still be able to work my ipod which can be an issue if i am wearing gloves. i was able to pick this up in a store for over 60% off so it was well worth the price! i bought the XS and it is not form fitting but a bit loose through the body compared to another LE puffy coat that i was also considering which was form fitting. i guess it's so you can fit a bulky sweater under it and still have room. but it works for what i bought it for. for those who are skiers - i have a ski coat that i've had for ages and i don't see this coat measuring up to it for warmth on the slopes on really cold days but i do think it would work well for warmer spring skiing.

Extremely Functional
This jacket may not be the worlds warmest and requires that you wear layers of clothing underneath but it has a wealth of exceptional features which make it extremely functional. I recently wore mine skiing for 3 days. It rained one day and I was the only one in our family whose coat was not soaking wet. The water just beaded up dripped off. It also has numerous pockets so I was able to keep my camera, small video camera, snacks, tissues, money, phone etc. all safely secured and dry. I am still discovering additional pockets and features! The hood fits under a ski helmet and according to Lands End, over as well. I loved it so much I just purchased one for my daughter, husband and son.

Has all the features for ski wear!
Great jacket, has all the features. Could add reflective piping along shoulder, chest, back and sleeve seams to make it even better for night skiing. More insulation would be good; more substantial for warmth - maybe some 3M thinsulate.
This jacket would not work well for colder skiing weather without more layers. The bottom draw cord is nice too.
The pit zips are more of a side vent since they don't extend to the pits - but it's good venting and actually do not make the arm holes tight, most pit zips do. Love the color orange and pink. And being waterproof will make it perfect for spring skiing season. For me it's a keeper.
I also bought the insulated squall parka - which will work well for colder ski weather. It's more like a snowboard jacket.
Both were on sale!!

Great Jacket!!!!
Wonderful purchase! I agree with one review that stated it is a "bit boxy" but love the other features enough to overlook it. Now looking forward to cooler weather in our area so I can enjoy its warmth.

Nice looking jacket but not warm enough for the slopes
I purchased this coat based on the temperature ratings and technical features since we are avid skiers and winter sport enthusiasts. I was happy with the fit and styling, but do not feel this coat will keep me warm on the slopes. Our first trip to the mountain happened to be an unusually warm January day (temps in the 40's) and I wore my usual ski layers. My family members were peeling off layers and I was just barely comfortable. I felt a little chilled that day, so I couldn't even imagine what it would be like on a 20 (or colder) degree day, with the wind blowing, while riding the lift. This morning I went on a hike and the temp was about 25 degrees. While I worked up a sweat climbing the mountain, I still didn't feel like I needed to unzip my coat as I would have with my old ski coat. One other feature is was missing is a ski pass ring or hook. I had to attach my pass to the pocket zipper and this was a hassle everytime I had to unzip/zip my pocket. I am so disappointed because I really liked the look of the coat.

nice jacket
Size is true, roomy enough for layers. For comfortable warmth, layers are essential. Seems to have good wind resistance. Like the hood. Fabric a tad noisy. Plenty of pockets. Like the extended "wristlet" with thumb holes.

Very nice
I have been using this jacket for a few weeks now. I can't think of anything about this jacket that I do not like. It's warm, it's not bulky, it's colorful and has plenty of pockets for whatever you might need them for. I would buy it again, for sure.

Nice jacket, but it fits a bit "boxy"
Overall this jacket meets my needs. Comfortable, warm and waterproof. The fit is a bit square and could be a little more fitted to look more stylish.
