Gorgeous colors, nice fit, runs a bit small, zip is only one way.
The color is beautiful, I got the purple, clover flower. I bought a large tall jacket, as it apparently only runs about 2 inches longer than regular. At 5'6, I'm not tall, but it looks fine. However, I felt the jacket ran a slight bit small width wise. I fit the large shirts here fine. Shouldn't a jacket be slightly generous, so as to allow more than a thin sweater? Mine seems like it won't allow that, although since I'm just using it for milder conditions, in my case this is not a deal breaker. The jacket has a bit of a downy smell and zip is only one way .

Great fitting, sharp looking
Love this coat. It has convenient pockets, it's warm, and it fits perfectly. I also enjoy the thumb hole extension!

Feathers coming out and hood string broke
I've had this jacket for about a month and when I wear it I get small feathers from it on my clothes. They aren't big but you can see them especially if you are wearing dark colors. There are also some feathers now coming out of the seams from the front of the jacket as well. I am also starting to notice lose threads around the zipper on the arm. And then the string which you use to tighten the hood broke so I am returning the jacket which is too bad since I love the purple color and its warmth.

Very nice quality jacket.
The jacket fit true to size and was of good quality. I did return it, however, because I was looking for something very lightweight, a "packable down", and this one was heavier. If I had needed something for colder temperatures, this would have been perfect.

Beautiful, warm coat!
I ordered this coat a size larger than I normally wear as it is a snug fit and I hoped to put a sweater under it on the coldest days. Like others have said, the collar fits oddly when you don't have it zipped all the way up. I wish it had a seperate hood so the collar folded down nicely. Love the wrist guards with the thumb holes! Neat that the sleeves can still go over your mitts to keep out snow. The colour I chose (regent) is lovely and rich and I love the material! Inside is slick so your sleeves slide through nicely. All the pockets are handy and the fleecy lining is appreciated! This coat is a replacement for a down parka whose zipper split so it's nice that this jacket has a snap at the bottom to help keep the zipper from straining. A very nice, warm coat I'll enjoy for a long time!

This coat is beautiful!
I debated on ordering this jacket, some reviews said it was oddly shaped or that the sleeves were tight. This jacket fits me perfect. I bought the large and have a 36DD bust and it fits me well and hugs my curves in a very flattering way. My husband commented on how nice it looked on me. It is a slimmer puffy jacket which I am very happy about. I also got it for a fantastic price. I bought the magenta which is a pretty hot pink. It looks good with my skin tone and I like brighter colors and so for me it's perfect. This is my first jacket from Lands' End for myself, I have ordered children's outerwear for many years due to the amazing quality and price. I also order swimsuits for myself which are again great quality and price. Thanks Lands' End for making an affordable pretty and flattering coat. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Youthful and warm!
I just picked up this coat for my teenage daughter. I purchased it in the white exterior with the hot pink lining. Wow! It is really bright and cheerful. It is stylish, warm and durable.

dumpy in the middle
This coat has a flattering look from the front, even from the back. The hood is great - big and cozy and makes me feel like taking a nap in in. The wrist cuffs are great, though on the snug side; sleeves can't be pushed up, say, for a good handwashing. They run quite far up inside the sleeve, so there is always the feeling of having your shirt sleeve bunched up to the middle of your forearm.
But don't turn sideways when you look in the mirror. It makes me look 6 months pregnant. It might look great (or not add anything) if you have an "apple" body shape or a thick torso with a pouchy belly, but if you have a trim middle or an hourglass shape, the side view is not so great. It would be nice if there was a drawstring in the waist to tighten it in.
Though good thing is that there is no need to suck in your gut while wearing this coat.
