Nice but floppy
Love the pretty print and the size is good. Washes well in the machine, cold gentle cycle and hang dry. Looks good as new. My only complaint is that it is really floppy. Would like a little more structure to it and maybe some inside pockets.

Definitely Not The Same Color As The Picture, But...
First the positives: this is a nice, big tote bag. The seams are solid and the outside pockets, while not exactly appropriate for carrying valuables, are cute. Plus, it's lighter weight and a lot more flexible than my other LE totes. However, the color is just plain weird! The medium blues are faded (like someone took sandpaper to the cloth) and the background is PINK! One other reviewer called it yellowish, but my bag is PINK. Personally, I like it. But, if you're planning to buy and expect the bag to look like the photo, be aware that it may not. Based on the three reviews so far, you've only got a one in three chance... :)

Hauls like a tote but passes for a purse, receiving compliments all the time
The Floral Capri Tote is eye-catching. I noticed it the first time it appeared in the catalog-- I loved the pattern/colors and the silhouette when the top is snapped in at the sides-- and literally every single time I carry this bag someone stops me to admire it/ask where I got it. The first product photo (full tote configuration, closed) is the most accurate in capturing the colors of the print-- the pink is more magenta than hot pink, the blues pair beautifully with darker denim. The background is a natural/neutral canvas color-- another reviewer mentioned a yellowish tone, I don't agree/mine doesn't have that issue. The exterior pockets are deep and make it easy to stay organized/keep your most-reached for items at hand. There aren't any inside pockets but there is plenty of space for a separate pouch to stow small things so, while it would have been nice, this isn't a deal-breaker for me. The drop from the handles is the perfect--long enough to carry comfortably on the shoulder/behind the arm, even when the bag is expanded/full.
This is a great all purpose bag- big enough for shopping at the farmer's market or use as a weekender for going away, but can be folded down to use as a purse/everyday bag without too much bulk. Makes a lovely gift!

not like advertised
I received the capri bag.
It does not look like the picture in the catalogue at all.The background is more like a weird yellow.The pink is much darker than shown.It is going back .
