Women's Fit 3 Sport Knit Corduroy Pants 3.8 5 10 10
These were huge! I should have read the reviews before I ordered these. Per the measurements I ordered a large, I probably should have ordered small, that's how big they were! May 6, 2013
These fit HUGE I usually wear a size medium in Landsend. A medium in these more like an XL! I decided to keep them because the fabric is nice and sturdy, resilient, yet comfy. I now wear them for walks at -30c temperatures with a pair of leggings underneath! ... And the pockets are big enough for a cellphone AND an iPod! :) April 29, 2013
Some of my favorite pants I have these in several colors, and they are some of my favorites. I wasn't sure about a "knit corduroy" before I ordered, but they look like corduroy and feel as comfy as knits. I also like the slightly tapered ankle. These fit true to size to slightly big, as compared to my other recent Landsend pants. (The Fit 3 pants seem to be cut a bit fuller than the slimmer fitting fits.) If you are between sizes, go with the smaller. I don't find them heavy feeling at all for fall or winter wear. They are easy care. I hope they don't discontinue these. March 29, 2013
Heavy, Big, and Hot These pants are great for people who like bigger sweat pants. Also for people who are continuously cold and looking for thicker clothing.. These pants are heavy when you where them. They are also generous with the material for getting a smaller size then normal is a good idea. I at first bought these pants in a charcoal grey color in the legging style, for work, after a few wears the material started to turn greenish and very unappealing. I returned them and got the fit 3 black style in store and have only worn them a few times but i prefer them allot better. Theyre not my favorite pants but theyre good for cold mornings. Order Down in Size Once you get the sizing correct, these are great comfortable pants. First of the corduroy Starfish knits I have ever ordered. Read the reviews and then started with a Regular Large size first. (Most of my old Land's End knit pants are XL) So big and long in the rise and length that no way would the Regular Large shrink enough in the washer and dryer on hot settings. Then ordered a Petite Large. Still a little big, but after the washer and dryer, the fit was very nice. Still could be a bit smaller around, but I do think a Petite Medium would end up being too tight and too short in length. I am 5ft. 6in. in height so a lot of the petites are way too short and the Regulars too long. My favorite of all the Starfish pants are the Tapered Ankle Pants and I wear a Regular Large in them. As for the Starfish Refined Stretch Pants, I need an Petite XL. I could go on and on about all the different sizes I need to order in the Knit Starfish line, but most of you know what I am talking about. February 14, 2013
Runs really big! Big, big, big. I ordered in 1X, my usual size; it's more like a 2X. I'll reorder in XL, because these are comfortable, with pockets deep enough for keys/ID (a must for me while walking), and the deep burgundy is gorgeous. In fact, I plan to wear it with silky tops to parties. Lands End, your sizing is so variable that I find it much easier to buy other, more reliably sized brands. It's annoying to have to return items so often. February 9, 2013
So comfy! Just received my pants today. So comfy! Came home and ordered another pair. January 18, 2013
Really comfortable pants I have had 2 pairs of these pants for a few years and just ordered another pair. I find them extremely comfortable. At my age, 68, I don't want tight, form fitting pants and these are perfect. I wear them around the house, out for dinner (especially the black pair) , just about anywhere. Yes, they are like sweat pants in their comfort but they don't look like sweat pants at all. They wash and wear nicely and the ones I have had for a few years have held up very well to many washings. I really like these pants and find I wear them more than my jeans. January 4, 2013
casual comfort Today I received my burgundy Sport Knit cords. I just changed my outfit so I can enjoy the cozy comfort of these pants during our Northeast cold spell today. I love, love, love the deep burgundy color - very dark and very rich. The length is perfect, and the fit is generous. The waistband is comfy and the pockets deep. They are very practical for this on-the-go mom. These will be my go-to casual pants this winter for sure. January 3, 2013
Not more than sweat pants. I had high hopes for these from the other reviews but really, they are no more than sweat pants and I wouldn't wear them outside the house. Plus there's something in the pocket seams that rubs against my skin and is unbearably uncomfortable. I thought it was a tag I could cut out, but it's actually the pocket. Soft and cosy yes, but so unstructured and "schlumpfy", plus for me that scratchy seam. December 29, 2012
