Perfect shorts
I am 5' tall and weigh 170 - I ordered a size 16 and they fit perfectly. The length is right at my knee, which I like. they are comfortable, not too heavy and look neat.

Long for my legs which is the way I like them. Easy fit. Go through the wash just fine.

Bunches at the legs
I bought a pair similar to these last year and pitched them in the Sally Anne bin. They didn't fit right last year and they still don't fit right. I forgot that I'd purchased similar ones last year. I love the stripes.
They look really good on but as soon as you start walking, the material starts bunching up on the legs. I have to continually readjust them. Not so much fun! I should send them back but I needed shorts desperately!!

I love LandsEnd products. However I would love to see classic fit slacks and shorts without elastic in the waist.
I never buy slacks, jeans or shorts that do not come up to the waist. I am a size 8 or 10 and do not need elastic in the waist band. Please include slacks and shorts in your products without elastic.. Thank you

These short are very comfortable and a good length.
The material feels soft and has give to make them very easy to play golf in.

Larger than size
I first ordered these in a 14 which is what I wear in a jean. they were way too big. Returned for one size smaller but they still seem roomy and the length is longer, I am only 5' 1". Afraid to go another size smaller for the waist may be too tight then.

these are great shorts
Most of my shorts are from Lands End because the fit 3 fits me really well. I was excited to see a new pin stripe fabric, something other than the usual solids. They fit me perfectly and I will get lots of use out of them this summer. Thank you Lands End for something new.

Super cute
I REALLY wish that stores that offer plus sizes would actually carry them in store, not just online. Us bigger ladies need to try on clothes too! That aside, I stopped by my local Sears to try on some pants in the Fit 2. I found them too low rise (don't need help with my muffin top showing!). So when I got home I saw these in Fit 3 and thought I'd give it a go through ordering, knowing I could return them to my local store if needed. I ordered my "usual" size 18 in the women's cut (18W). I must say, these are amazing! The rise is just right and the elastic back really makes them fit well at the waist. I tend to have to buy pants in bigger sizes to be comfortable through the hips and thighs, but then they are too big in the waist. The khaki version did fit a little long in the rise, but I would rather have to hike them up some, than deal with low rise. These will look great with any plain colored shirt! Nice fabric with some texture to the stripes too.
