comfortable summer pants
These are easy care and look nice. Great for casual summer wear.
I thought the size was fine compared to other pants I've gotten at LE. Based on other comments, not sure if I lucked out or what.

Should have listened...
There is quite a bit of extra fabric on these. Like other reviewers, I could pull these pants up to my bra, or wear them at the waist and have a pouch of fabric at my midsection. I thought the knees felt oddly tight for pants with so much extra at the waist.

Love these pants!
I bought two of these capris and love them. The reviews had me wondering if they would fit, but for me they are perfect. I wear them when out and about and feel more comfortable than wearing shorts and cooler than in long pants. The lines are neat, the fabric washes well and is the right weight for warm weather. The elastic waist keeps them well-fitting. Hope this fit will be available in a long length.

These capris are the best I ever had.
The fabric is great, the back elastic make them comfortable to wear all day and the tapered leg and side vents dress them up enough to wear to work . My favorite detail is the pockets that open near the waist band not on the side where they always look like they are popping open. I hope Lands End offers these in long pants too.

Wish I had listened!
Wish I had listened to my fellow Lands End posters regarding these capris. I ordered the Petite range and the crotch was so long, I had to pull them up under my bra to get a proper fit. Obviously I could not wear them like this, so will have to spend my own money to return them. Very unfortunate, because I loved the material. The disparity in sizes in the past year has been very disappointing and not what I have come to expect from Lands End.

Fit just not on target
Had to return these. Waist so big I could put these on without opening the zipper. The rise was so high that the waist came up to right under my bust--didn't fit like a petite cut. Too bad--they were cute fabric.

What happened to the waistband sizes?
I bought 2 pairs of pants- one in black and one in blue. The waistband for the black pair of pants is smaller than the blue capris. They are more snug than other pants that I have from Lands End. What happened to the waist sizes? The waist sizes sure are not the same in both capris and long pants!

Crotch around my knees
What has Land's End done with their pants this year???? I need plus sizes but the crotch in regular plus is down around my knees. I could always rely on Land's End for a good fit except the last 2 seasons they have been way off for me. I may try the petite plus (I am 5'6" so NOT petite) to see if the crotch fits better but I am afraid the shorter inseam length will make them too short. Please bring back an industry standard crotch length in your elastic waist pants & capris. A style with the waist at the waist i.e. Fit 3, should NOT mean a crotch around the knees!!! The fit's no good for me, but the fabric was nice and I love the pocket style too.

Good value
Given the mixed reviews, I did not know what to think. But these capris are good for my shape -- no problem at all. They are made of a substantial material and are good for all occasions -- even work. Try them!

Very high waisted
The fit on these was very high waisted, other than that, they were ok.
