Great fit, just what I was looking for!
These crop pants were exactly what I was looking for...good fit, not baggy, and best of all a true navy color!
I was having a terrible time finding a true dark navy in a non-knit pant until I found this pair. This pair has it all including the slim pocket design on the back which is a must for me. They were true to my 12P size and I already love them!

Love the button waist adjustment!
It's great no longer having the "diaper butt" look! That's how the elastic back looked on the full-length slacks. It's also great not having a gap in the waist at the back! I usually have this problem with slacks. The Land's End jeans don't have this problem. The fabric looks great, and I love the slight polished look of it. I'm also glad the capris are in True Navy versus Navy. I like my blue slacks to be indigo blue. The only thing I can complain about is that I have to get Regular size for correct fit through the hips and waist, but I'm 5'0". The Regular looks like normal slacks on me! I'll have to shorten them to make them into capris. I also want to say how much I appreciate the patience of the customer service representative who helped me decide what fit would be best for me. The rise on the Petites would not have been a good fit. I also love how slimming these capris are! I do have a question: when I walk, the fabric pulls across the knees. What's with that?

Very handy wardrobe item
LOVE this fabric. LOVE that the waist adjusts with the elastic on a button as I lose weight and thankfully there's not too much bulk at the back waist which is what I've found with your other elastic waisted trousers.

WHY?
You have taken a staple out of my wardrobe. These are cut totally different than the pants I have gotten from Lands End the past 4 years or so, and the elastic "Give" is a joke. LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.
I have counted on this company for my everyday clothes for years and years. I am distressed and cannot find any other pants of the quality and fit. The back elastic was a life saver as I diet. How could you?

Different but Do-able
While I like the colors and fabrics, the fit of these crops are different from the 1/2 elastic waist crops from years past (and that fill my closet). The waist is definitely tighter - I probably should have gone up a size. I usually wear a 14- 16 in Lands End - but I'll admit though that I'm more "apple shaped"! "Pear shaped" folks will probably find these crops a good fit. Am debating whether to send back or whether to try wearing them and see if they "give" a bit.

Sorry I had to return these crops. They were much too big in the legs. The material was great, but the fit was not.

Good sturdy pants, but wide legs
These crops are just like the traditional Lands End chinos, hemmed shorter. I got the khaki which is a classic dark goldish tan color. The fabric is heavy and has a nice polished sheen to it, but the legs are wider than I would like. The hidden elastic waist is very nice, better than I expected. It is neat looking and doesn't look like a gathered paper bag, and has just the right level of give. Unfortunately I'm short and short legged and will have to hem them up a few inches shorter.

Such a nice, comfortable pair of crops!
I was really worried I was going to have to order these crop pants in a size larger than I normally wear since I had gained weight over the winter. But I decided to just get my normal size and I was pleasantly surprised how well they fit. I am 5'1" so I love the plus petite length. I am trying the hidden elastic weight for the first time but I also like the elastic back waist. The pants are so comfortable and the material is such a nice weight. They aren't cheap or thin at all. I got them in stone and khaki and then went back for white. I was too slow and missed out on the blush which I would have loved. You just can't hesitate when you want something. These are so easy to dress up or just be casual in. Give these a try and I think you'll love them like I do.

Love these cropped pants fit perfect
The pants fit great. I am 5'8" and the length is great. The fabric is great. I ordered in all colors.
I have nothing negative to say about these pants.
