quality fabric, nice fit
I have been searching for pants to replace my old " favorite go tos" which are now discontinued and these appear to do the job. Love the "customized" hemming - they are ready to wear when delivered. Nice to wear to work casual slacks as well as weekends. Good Fit ! Have already placed second order and will be purchasing more, would love to see other colors - olive & gray especially.

finally a twill pant that fits
Rise was good, custom inseam worked. This well fitting pant is neat and trim. I tried many fits before I found this one. Sometimes I don't realize how chunky I am in the waist..This pant slims my sins...

Slightly too long in the rise. Just folded over the waist and they were fine.

very comfortable and beautiful fabric.
I love the custom inseam. I need my pants just a little longer than average. The fabric has a smooth finish and washes well. No ironing. can be great running errands and dress up with the classic cardigan for later.

7-day pants
I have not worn these pants yet. The material feels great, very soft but sturdy. I haven't decided to keep them because the waist is so high or the rise is so long ---they look funny. I feel like I have to keep pulling them up all the time. I ordered a size 14 & they fit everywhere but my waist. I also ordered a size 16 and they fit except for the rise. The rise measures 15" which is bizarre!! Too bad, because the pants are very nice. jude

These pants are very comfortable and roomy.
The quality is good and the color right on. They are a good choice here in AZ when it's hot but I still need to wear long pants. Perhaps I should have ordered a smaller size because there seems to be a lot of room in the seat.

I cannot get my jeans anymore. These are a great substitute!
Fits perfectly! Plenty of room in the knees. I have arthritis in my knees and these pants don't bind and so are very comfortable! I love that I can get the length I want.

Just not for me...
There was too much fabric beneath the elastic for my shape - I think I needed to be bigger in the stomach area to fill out the poofy-ness. And too, the waist was high, almost to my bra band. I like high waists but this was too high - for me. Lastly, I didn't care for the fabric. It was too polyester-y feeling, I was hoping for more cottony feel, like the old pair I have in my closet. Otherwise, for someone else, of a different size than me (12 medium) and with a different body shape, and with different fabric preferences, these are probably alright, and comfortable. They're just not for me.

Practical Pants
I didn't mean to buy pants with elastic all around the waist so was slightly disappointed when these arrived. They fit well & look good so I know I will enjoy them in spite of my original error.The fabric is a nice weight so I will use these for years.

Please bring back the draw string pants.
I discovered the Lands End Sport Pants a few years ago. They were a nice cotton blend (could wear to the office), and had a working drawstring that guaranteed a good fit. I had hoped that they would add
addtional colors but instead Lands End changed the pants. Now the waist is too big so when I sit they
pull down in the back and the crotch hangs way too low. I won't be buying anymore of these.
Too bad. I'm now having to pay a lot more elsewhere in my search for what Lands End offered years ago.
