Finally, women's shorts that fit 'at the waist.'
Retail stores have plenty of 'low rise' or 'mid rise' pants and shorts. It's difficult to find 'at the waist.' These shorts are good quality, comfortable, and a little longer length which is what I was hoping for. Now I'd like to find capris with this same waist cut.

Comfortable shorts
These shorts don't have as high of quality as some of Lands' End other shorts and the elastic waist in the back make them a little larger than I would like but still a good fit and very comfortable.

I love these shorts!
These shorts fit just right! The pockets are deep, which I like! I love the quality of the material. I live in Arizona and don't have a dryer, so these are washed then hung on the line. They come out perfect!

Only if you can't live without elastic waists...
The slacks without the elastic waist fit great and are so comfortable.
I really don't like the feel or fit of elastic waist pants... any length.
It would be good to have the option of no elastic in shorts.

Color is good, fit is true to size.
I wear Lands End 7 Day Twill Shorts for everyday wear and also for going out and playing golf. They always look like new even after many washings. Quality is just like Lands End quality always is, high quality. Just wish it came in summer colors for plus size women as well as the traditional colors.

love the shorts
Love these shorts but they do fit rather large. I've had to order a size smaller. These shorts come out of the dryer looking great, wear great, and feel wonderful. I like the big front pockets - perfect for my phone and keys! The fabric is tough but comfy, not stretchy and the shorts look nice all day long. I will definitely buy again!

Too big due to elastic waistband
The elastic waistband added too much fabric to these shorts. They were baggy in the hip and legs. Also, they were too long, coming down to mid- knee. I am returning them.

These are not the perfect shorts.
I did not like these shorts at all. One year you had the 7-day shorts with the full elastic waist and in a shorter length. The full elastic waist shorts are the perfect shorts and you should bring them back. The year you had them, I only got one pair I wish I had ordered a dozen pair. If I had known that you were only going to carry them for one summer, I would have.

Nice shorts and nice fabric.
The shorts are a nice fabric, easy care and fit me well. I did think they would be a bit longer, just because I am short, but they hit just right above the knee. They are comfortable. I would recommend these shorts. Would have liked to get them in black.
