Love these!
Fit like a dream - just enough stretch to move with you, but not so much they stretch out of shape as the day wears on! Had them hemmed to my preferred inseam, and they were perfect!

Nice quality chinos
I'm very pleased with these pants. I've been having a hard time finding chinos that fit well, but these are just right. I did opt to have the front pockets sewn shut and the fabric removed to give them a sleeker look through the hips.

The pants were very nice, but too big overall, in future I will order a sz 4 instead of a 6.
I ordered a sz 6 and waist and hips were way too big. The quality was very nice. I hated to have to return it but was pleased to be able to use our local Sears Store to return.

Liked everything except the fit.
The color and fabric of these slacks are fine, especially for casual events during warm weather months. The bright blue color is fantastic and a personal favorite. My only real problem with these slacks is that they are not available in a more traditional fit 3 with a higher waist and less snug fit around the hips. At 5' 2" and 110 lbs, I can wear fit 2, but don't find it as comfortable as fit 3. I may not live long enough for women's slacks to return to traditional waist locations and longer inseams, so will continue to purchase very few and hope that the same colors and styles offered in fits 1 and 2 are made available in fit 3, as well.

sizing/quality
What has happened to the quality products that Land's End used to deliver? I've tried several times to purchase a pair of slacks and all have been returned. This product was so large as well as poorly made - the legs were like two parachutes. I used to buy all my slacks at Land's End as I was able to get the proper length (long legs). While these were the right length the overall fit in the legs was huge!

Great summer pants
Love these pants that are so comfortable to wear even sitting in the car for long periods. They wash and and are ready to wear very quickly.

Didn't fit, alas!
I am in search of medium-dressy slacks/trousers that aren't knit. The Starfish pants I've bought are acceptable but stain easily because of the fabric, and anything greasy is almost impossible to get out. I use straight liquid dish detergent like Palmolive that doesn't have hand softeners in it - still no success. The chinos sounded like just the ticket, but the sizes that should have worked for me, don't. I'd try a size up, but they're no longer available in black (running out of sizes and colors seems to be a big problem for Land's End).
I'll keep trying, but I missed the mark with this item.

Excellent pants!
These pants fit well, and last a long time. Generous comfortable and flattering fit. Perfect for my "business casual" office. Plus you can't beat free hemming. I buy them when I can get a sale price.

These are the most comfortable pants I own. Love them!
They are a little loose in the waist, but better a little loose than tight. They are comfortable and nice looking. I wear them anytime something a little nicer than jeans is in order.
