Fabulous fit!
I agree with the other reviewer, these pants are made in heaven. Extremely figure flattering, side zip creates a flat tummy and they are incredibly comfortable. These are without a doubt the best pants I own right now. I have the blue and just ordered another pair in black. Wish they came in khaki. For reference I am 5'2" petite 112 lbs. with lower hip/seat width of 37" and the 2P fit me perfectly (and not clingy tight). Rise sits just about an inch below my waist. Thank you Lands End for the best fitting pants ever!

WOW! Fits like a dream and extremely slimming!
Just received these pants in both the black and the blue color choices and couldn't be more pleased! They are true to size and very figure flattering! I can only hope that Lands' End will OFFER THESE IN MANY MORE COLORS! I have a full closet of Lands' End clothing and these pants will likely be my favorite pants ever!

love this style
I have always worn 'Fit 1" at LE, but these stream-lined pants hit at the waist, and the look works. Given the stretchiness of the lightweight fabric, I fit in size 6 (5'7', 145lbs.), but purchased the 8 for a more 'grown-up' look. I have pencil legs, and the pants on me look exactly like they do on the model. I pair the black with a tuxedo blouse for work.

Lovely stretch,sleek look.
Bought these in tall because I am 5'8" and love them. Wish Land's End offered more for talls. Dress up or casual. I bought all three colors.

These pants are extremely well made and are a perfect fit.
The pants really do make you look slimmer and are very comfortable. I hung them after washing and it just took a light ironing to get the wrinkles out. The blue is very nice and fresh looking and you can wear them with flats or a heel. I really like them and my daughters thought they looked great.

Too BIG...and too SMALL
I'm 5'9", size 12. "Hourglass" shape. I was bemused when I read the review that bemoaned the "pear-shape" of this article of clothing. We must not have tried on the same pair of pants! I really wanted to like these, as they are exactly what I have been looking for. But the FIT! Everything about them was wrong. The waist was HUGE and gapped in the back. The hips were SNUG and the material pulled. Alas, they will never work for the curvy girl. These pants are made for the "rectangular" body shape--waist not much smaller than hips. Sizing up or down would not help. Sadly, these are going back.

Just about perfect!
As I get older, I am trying to replace my collection of jeans with pants or chinos. These fit perfect, I just ordered another pair. When a pant is this great you want more: More colors!!! Dark green, white and why not a cornflower blue?

not right for me
I was so excited to receive my order for these pants in black, especially after reading all the positive reviews. Sadly, they had to go back. I find the regular size 6 fit 2 pants by LE usually fit me beautifully, but not these, the waist was big and not the regular fit 2 on me, they were longer than in the picture ( am 5'7"), but the biggest issue I had was that after having them on for 5 minutes trying to convince myself that these pants would work (I really wanted them to!) they were saggy at the bum; I can only imagine what shape they would have after a day of wearing them. The stretch fabric just was not the quality I would have liked. They were not horrible, just not what I was expecting in fit and quality for me.

Cute but tight
I don't agree with many of the other reviewers on this. I felt like the side zip definitely excentuated my problem tummy, and I felt like it was tight through the waist. I'm 5'7" and 180 lbs... usually Lands End pants fit me fine, but these seemed tight. They had to go back...

Beautiful fabric, disappointing fit
I so wanted to have these pants work - they are so elegant. They looked ok from the front - from the side and especially from the back, they looked like jodhpurs. I am more apple shaped with narrow hips and thinner legs, and the extra fabric in the hips and seat of the these pants just looked terrible on me. The world of fashion is getting more and more pear-shaped every year - it is beyond discouraging.
