I was a bit skeptical to try these pants after sending back the new women's boot cut ponte pant which was a bad fit all around, but these are PERFECT! In fact they are the probably best LE pants I have ever tried. Dressy enough for work but SO comfortable!, I want to wear them every day! The leg is kind of flared at the bottom which is flattering and the length (32") is JUST RIGHT for me (5'8")! Also - NO pockets to gape out at the side like the ponte boot-cut pant. I will order more!!!

Best work pants ever
I love this pants. The material is thick enough for the winter and yet it drapes perfectly. It runs a little big but not too much. I washed them and they came out looking like new with no wrinkles or fuzzies. I will order another pair in gray and in brown if they ever offer them in that color.

So Very Disappointed
I have several pair of Women's Fit 1 Ponté Demi-Boot Pants and love them except for the front pockets stick out so I decided to purchase these since they do not have front pockets. I washed them in cold water and put them in the dryer on the low setting for only 5 minutes to remove some of the washing wrinkles. When I took them out of the dryer, they looked almost like 3 pairs of crop pants. I measured the inseam on each pair before washing just to make sure they would be long enough so when they came out of the dryer I measured them again. Before = 32 1/2" for each color, after, black = barely 31", navy = barely 30" and the grey = barely 29". I now have 3 expensive pairs of pants that I cannot wear since they are all too short and there is not enough of a hem to let them out. My advise is DON'T buy these pants. Would return them if I could.

funky fabric
I don't know why you are using these new fabrics. They are heavy and I fear that if I stand too close to a fire they will melt. Please go back to the kinder, softer, more natural fabrics.

Wide Pant Legs
I was excited to get these pants and see how they fit. I love the Ponte dress from Lands End so I thought having pants in the same material would be great. Unfortunately, the pant legs were too wide and it just seemed like too much fabric. The pants also seemed very heavy. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

Nice-fitting and -looking pants
The smooth lines of these pants are flattering and look richer than their price. Only wish they could have been hemmed just as other LE pants I have purchased in the past.

Great pants, but beware shrinkage
I bought these pants for office-casual wear in 16P, and they are good for that. They are a thick material that drapes nicely and has a densely-woven, smooth finish. Particularly in darker colors, you won't be able to tell that these aren't "real" dress pants, and they are very comfortable.
However, as others have mentioned, they do shrink. I was actually HOPING they'd shrink, because they were cut quite long for petites! They went from needing to be cuffed to being wearable with flats in one wash/dry cycle. I didn't notice shrinkage in the waist or anywhere else: they fit like I'd expect a 16P to fit now. Perfect for me, but if you are between sizes, you might want to order up.

Perfection!
These may very well be the most flattering pants I have ever owned. They fit perfectly, have a great drape, and launder beautifully - though I recommend hanging them to dry.
I'll be buying several more pairs.
