Love these
These fit very well. I loved the color. I could find them in my size in only hazelnut color. I wish they had more colors and I would have bought more of these:).

Wide at the hips
I really wanted to like these pants! I am between sizes so I ordered a size four petite. My current waist is a 29 and my hip a 36; the size 4 petite were a tiny bit loose at the waist but would have been fine with a belt and the overall thigh measurement is really much too wide for someone petite. What was odd about these pants was the fact that right around the pocket area where the hips are the pants go out, imagine the cloth at the hips looking like the handle of a teacup where it goes way out and then the material goes back in, a very odd situation with extra material that doesn't lie flat against the body that made me look funny. The material is very nice, I liked the color. I'll have to keep looking for another pair of paints with a better fit. I loved that these could be hemmed to size.

Great!
I haven't had a good pair of chinos in a long time, and I am so pleased with these from Lands End. I am a curvy 14/16, and I like my pants to have a slightly lower rise because I think it is far more flattering. I did size up to a 16 for these pants, and they fit perfectly. The Fit 1 from Lands End really works for me. The thighs do not cling too much, and the fabric is nice and better quality than I would get from a mall store.
The slacks do need to be ironed to have a fresh appearance. I am also not impressed by the hemming provided by Lands End- the hem is a little bulkier than I'd prefer and does not iron well. The side pockets are also not the most flattering style.
Overall, though, I am really pleased with these and will be buying more. I'd love to get some in black and gray!

WOW...stretch boot chino pants
First of all, I gotta say that the fit is great! I got the green color and its just what I expected. I like the fact that you have a choice for the hem. DON'T LET OTHER REVIEWS DETER YOU FROM BUYING THIS PRODUCT. I don't quite understand why the others said it was form fitting or too tight. I'm 120 pounds and size 6 regular fits just right. Gonna order more right now.

Can't Believe the Negative Reviews
These are easily the 1) best-fitting, 2) best-looking, and 3) best shape-retaining mild stretch chino you could find. I'm writing this review late in the day because of the negative reviews. I have the dijon and pine colors, both bought on sale, and came back now in 2013 near March. The deals on this item are fantastic; the waist not so low that a mature woman can't wear them and be flattered by them. Definitely give these lovely trousers a try; you won't regret it.

Too tight through the thighs
I really wanted to like these pants. I bought them in different sizes and 4 colors, but will probably have to return them. I usually wear a 14, but occasionally a 16. I always buy a L here at Land's End. However, those sizes were way too tight for me, so I ordered an 18 to see how that worked. It's too big in the waist, but still too tight through the thighs and is just not very flattering. Very disappointing.

Not for curvy women
I can normally wear a size 16-18. I normally buy the bigger size just in case of shrinkage or size differentials. These fit fine around my waist, but were really tight around my hips and the smaller bulges I have around my tummy. I am 5'8 190 lbs, so I am a bigger women, but these fit like they were too small. The fabric is nice, but they really aren't flattering for full figures. I would reccomend for smalller sized women because they are a nice pant.
