PLEASE DON'T EVER CHANGE! These are awesome..Please don't ever change them. I would rather pay more if I ever had to rather that cut back on quality. They wash or dry clean awesome. They layer wonderful especially in summer with AC in buildings. I cannot tell you how much I love these sweaters except to say that I have them in at least 15 different colors from various seasons. Since we dont wear suits to work anymore, this also dresses up a blouse or tee. Travels great too! July 8, 2012

Lands' End has improved my favorite cardigan! I'm a fan of LE cardigans and own several across the color spectrum (keep those new colors coming). I also have some LE Canvas cardi's, which are more appropriate for casual wear. I'm happy to see that LE has maintained a dressier look while making some improvements to the sweater, such as increased stretch and a better fabric drape; it's much less 'boxy' now. There's more banding at the hem and wrists too, which means sleeves stay in place when pushed up. I give the new design a thumbs up! January 28, 2012

Do not like the changes I loved these cardigans until this year but will not buy any more. The supima cotton is soft and clingy, and doesn't hold it's shape. The older style had "body"' and kept a clean look. These look like I've slept in them after about an hour of wear. The cuffs also don't hold their shape anymore, sagging around my wrists. Also, the 2 button band at the bottom is just wide enough to let the top blouse over it for a pot bellied look. Please bring back the older style! June 3, 2013

Not tops for me Sorry to say, this sweater fits very strangely on me in the shoulders - the seams in the front pucker and are too far forward. After washing the front plackets pucker and have to be ironed/blocked to be flat. Just not what I was hoping for. I like the other cotton sweater with regular full fashioned shoulders so much more I have backordered all of the colors I need. June 2, 2013

My review only relates to the Bittersweet Chocolate color The color is probably one of the ugliest I have ever seen. It looked like a yummy really mouthwatering chocolate brown in the catalog and online. Not in real life. It is an orangey rust brown. It looks like dried blood or a liver. My husband never mentions anything about clothing, but when he laid eyes on that sweater, he spontaneously burst into "That is an UGLY COLOR!...Ewwww...Is that Ox's Blood?" Well, Ox's Blood is a lot prettier than this Bittersweet. Rust is a pretty color IMO, but this Bittersweet is a dead Orangey version of Rust. It does not have the intensity that Rust normally has, either. So, perhaps Bittersweet would be better described as a muted orangey rusty color. IMO, the nylon content is very apparent in this sweater. To feel it, it brought to mind a synthetic sweater, versus a cotton sweater, despite the high cotton content and low nylon content. The fabric looks okay, if can get past the color. The color may be more wearable than this review might indicate, but one should be looking for this muted orangey rusty color, rather than be surprised by it. May 30, 2013

I would like the body a little longer. Would be perfect if the length of the body of this sweater were 1"-1.5" longer. A 3/4 sleeve option would also be great. May 29, 2013

Versatile wardrobe piece that looks great all day long and after washing I took this on a 4-day trip and wore it everday. It worked great with jeans for a hike as well as with a slightly dressed up outfit for dinner. Held its shape, even after pushing up the sleeves and being stuffed into a day pack. At home, I machine washed and dried it and it came out looking new. Very satisfied. May 29, 2013
