No question about it. This captoe ballet is easy on the eyes. Kudos for that go to its linen/ kid suede upper, toe tassel and dressy metallic-look lining. It's also easy on your feet. Slip your foot inside and you immediately notice the footbed offers more cushioning the others you may have tried. Plus there's extra cushion at the heel and arch to help soften hard sidewalks with every step you take. Imported.

Great style, but not for walking around the city in... These flats are adorable, but they are definitely not for walking long distances. Even when ordering a size up (size 9, rather than 8 1/2), I found the backs of the shoes to be very uncomfortable and rub to the point of blisters. (This may change if they are broken in a little). They have a narrow fit and the colors go with nearly everything (I ordered the one with the navy toe with the red stripe). October 3, 2012
Choose the size carefully and you'll be pleased Based on the other reviews, I sized up to a 7 from my usual 6 1/2. I kept my fingers crossed, since others' commented on the tight fit and problems with blisters, etc. after extended wear. They arrived last week, and I am THRILLED with them. The fit is perfect (I have a narrow foot) for me, and they will be a great addition to my fall wardrobe. The look is stylish, but not "trendy" which is how I prefer to dress. I probably would not have ordered the shoes at full price, but with a coupon and free shipping, I finally succumbed and ordered them in the navy plaid combination. After looking at local department stores (and having "sticker shock" at the high prices for ballet flats) I got a great buy from Land's End. NOTE: If you have a wide foot, these probably won't work for you. August 31, 2012
Order Up! I usually wear an 11W but can get by with an 11 if necessary. These didn't come in 11W so I gave an 11 a shot. These felt like I crammed my foot into a 10. As cute as they are, they are going back because I can't order a size up, etc. July 8, 2012
Runs very small The quality of the shoe was very good... and the styling was cute. But the size ran so small (width and length) that I couldn't even guess what size to reorder. I returned the shoe. I'm very disappointed. June 5, 2012
Holy Toe Cleavage! Very cute shoes (got the grey with black capped toe) however, the toe cleavage is a bit um, interesting. Not just big toe, I mean little toes, too. That's kind of weird. But I do love the shoes and will keep them, especially since I got them so inexpensively! Not sure where the reviews went, but I had read that the heels can really dig, so I went up half a size. While they seem a tad big, I'm glad I ordered up. December 22, 2011
