I bought the wrong size
After searching the internet for the right size Australia-US, seems the advice was wrong so I bought the wrong size which really annoyed me because the shoes were just what I was looking for. Now there's none in my size. Oh, well, hopefully another navy flat will come out soon.

Worth it for the price
For the price, these are worth it. They have a small, cramped toe box, so if your foot is even slightly wide, get the wide width. These do show some toe cleavage. For length, they run true to size. The support is pretty bad, but that's to be expected for flats. The leather is of good quality (it's stiff) so these take a little while to break in.

Dissappointing
I bought these because I have loved the Lands End flats I've bought in the past. It's difficult to find good wide shoes, I have one pair of wide flats that I completely wore out, so I bought these to replace them. However, when comparing my old pair with this pair they don't even appear to be the same size when holding their soles together. These are much too narrow and tight in the toes - the first (and last) time I tried to wear them to work, my feet were in serious pain by the end of the day. Lands End, why? Usually I'm very happy with everything I buy, but unfortunately I won't be recommending these shoes.

meh
I thought the deal was too good to pass up even though the reviews warned that the shoe ran small. I wore them once, they were on the narrow side which wasn't an issue for me, but they just weren't so comfortable and were a little big length wise. Just an awkward fit, I felt like I was trying to hold them on my feet when I walked. Returned today. Oh well!

The Perfect Flat
It's difficult to find the perfect flat. And for me this one is it. I bought it in the black leather and I love it so much, I bought the same pair a year later. I go to school in the city and walk blocks to and from school to the train and at first they needed some breaking in and caused some blisters as all flats do. After that, they are comfortable and I love them.

LOVE THESE!
I really love these flats and am going to order many more colors. Does show some toe cleavage--which I really like but be aware of that because some people seem to hate it. The pair I got --Luggage Tan in Wide fit nicely but seemed to be on the more narrow end of wide. The ribbon trim that is on the top is a little crisp--I took an emery board like another viewer suggested to soften the edges. The first wear was a little snug and caused a small amount of pain on one foot. But by the next wear they seemed to stretch a bit. Overall these a nice classic shoe, I love the color and cut.

not good for bunion victims
Beautiful shoes. I really wanted them to work. I have no problem with toe cleavage (as some reviewers do). But these were cut so as to showcase the foot feature that I strive to hide. The fit seemed good (I wear a 5.5 med. usually), though I think they would have needed break-in time. I doubt they'd have been what I pulled out of the closet for walking. They sure were pretty and well made, though!

Too narrow for a "wide" shoe
This is my first review for LE, sorry it has to be a negative. I purchased these because I have wide feet but these feel like a B instead of a D width. Too bad. Great selection of colors and textures, but pretty online or in the box did not translate to comfortable on my actual feet.

too narrow for me
The shoes is not comfortable, too narrow for me. By the way, my feet is not very wide.

Inconsistent
What everyone else has said is true- the sizing is inconsistent. Purchased the 7W in black leather and silver leather. The black fit well, but the silver was much too large. Also, the ribbon edge does cut into the top of the foot a bit. I find this acceptable though, because I never expect a flat to fit comfortably on the first wear.
