The hunt is over!
I've tried on many denim skirts in the past 5 years looking for one like this. I wanted this length, no long slit up the back, and just a basic comfy fit for every day wear. I am 5'5 and 155 lbs and ordered the 12 which fit me just right. I'd like to lose some baby weight in the coming year so I hope LE keeps this skirt stocked for when I need to order a smaller size!

Fits like a glove!
I ordered a 12 petite, which is my usual size, but the skirt was very roomy and loose so I ordered a 10 petite and it fit like a glove!! love the stretch, the length hits just above the knee (I am 5'4"). Can't wait to wear it with boots in the winter and sandals in the summer!! The denim is just thick enough to hold in the tummy area too and since I'm up and down all the time working with kindergartens, the stretch is giving and retains it's shape. Love it!!

Excellent length and color
I am 5'8" about 130 lbs and the size 2 fit perfect! Quality is excellent and the length is perfect for my age. Love it! I usually do order a size down from what the size charts say as I have found most of LE clothing fits bigger.

Nice Fitting
Love the cut of this denim skirt. Very slimming. I would love to see this skirt also made in a dark denim. The washed look is fine but a darker solid dye would dress the skirt up a little more. This is made with great quality weighted material.

Comfy, flattering, but a bit large
Love the skirt - wearing it with boots for work... very versatile. Was a bit roomy when I tried it on, but stretched throughout the day - if I hadn't worn it already I would have exchanged it for the next size down. I have ordereed the smaller size because I LOVE the skirt, but I'm stuck with one too large.

Nice if this is what you want
There is nothing wrong with this skirt per se, it just wasn't right for me. Here's why: First, I wanted a true pencil skirt--that is, one that tapered some toward the knee. The skirt does that just barely. I'm fairly narrow in the hip and this skirt was really just kind of straight on me. In fact, I have an A-line denim skirt that looks pretty similar. In someone with a little more width in the hips, this might be more tapered.
Also, although I ordered what I thought was a dark wash, this one was not particularly dark. More of what I think of as a regular denim color. Additionally, the material was a bit thin (not terribly thin, but still) and the pocket placement gave it kind of a cheap, patch pocket look to my eye. A darker wash (much like the picture) would have disguised that significantly.
The skirt was quite long on me, which I rather expected based on where the skirt hits on the model. I'm 5'5-1/2" and prefer my skirts to hit mid-knee. The only way to get this skirt to hit there was to pull it waaaay up on my waist, which was not where the natural fit of the skirt was on me. I would have to get significant altering to make this work. Shortening the hem I could have dealt with, but having to get the waist adjusted too would have cost more than the skirt and not worth the trouble.

Love it!
Love the color, love the slim pencil skirt styling, love the substantial denim. True to LE sizing; I'm 5'4", 120 pounds and a size 2 fits like a glove. Highly recommend.

Nice skirt - fits big, really big
I took a chance on this lovely skirt, scowered the reviews & sizing charts. I still got it wrong! I ordered a size 4, thinking pencil skirt would be true to size. I was swimming in it. I'm 5'3", 125lbs, athletic build, usually size 4. I should have ordered size 2! My mom (usually size 8) bought it from me - it fit her perfectly.

A new staple in my wardrobe
Love this skirt. I needed an alternative to jeans for work, and this is the next best thing. I'm 5' 2", 125 lbs and slightly curvy. The 6 petite fit me perfectly. The color is perfect with just the right amount of distressing and the denim is not too stiff. Love it with boots and flip flops.

Wasn't sure whether to buy a 14 or 16, decided on the 16. It's a little loose, but very comfortable.
