beautiful skirt
Got this beautiful skirt, I would say it heathered, so it's hard to tell from the online photo, that it is not for the majority of the pattern,a solid black color, I would say it is more of a dark charcoal heather.
Sizing of the skirt seems strange, I decided to go with the size 2 regular, based on another reviewer with same height and build. I am 5'2" and 115 lbs and the size 2 fit me perfectly as well. In other clothing companies, I can fit into a size 4 or a 6, Also, the length of the skirt in description for the Regular sizes, lists it as 27" . Well my ruler measured otherwise, and it was exactly 25 inches, which hit a little below my knees.
Other than that, this is a nice tailored & well made wool skirt, which I am matching with the perfomance shawl cardigan in Dark cobalt blue, which looks very nice together. A mustard color cardigan or top would work with this skirt equally welll.

Beautiful skirt
I love this skirt. The color is not as vibrant as shown online but still, the print is lovely. I am 5'2", 118 lb and petite size 2 fits me perfectly. I wear this work and look very professional. I love those 2 side pockets.

the actual skirt isn't as vibrant as it looks on screen, but it's a beautiful skirt, nevertheless. fit is large, though. so order a size smaller.

Not as shown- disappointed!
Purchased this skirt with the cardigan [plus size]. The skirt was a huge disappointment.. color not as shown online, actual length is 25.5 inches instead of 27inches!. Skirt not true to size, no shape. It will probably sit in my closet becauses I do not want to waste another $6 to return it. May beI will give it to a tailor to make it wearable!!!!!
First purchase from Lands End with a gift card, not happy!!!!

Not as Pictured
This skirt is not at all as pictured. The print is not vibrant, it looks almost vintage. There's some pleating at the waistband and it's quite long which gives it a dowdy silhouette. I found it ran large especially in the hip area as well as long. This is not the first time I have seen reviews missing from Lands' End which is really frustrating - when I ordered this skirt there were several other reviews stating the same thing, wish I didn't ignore them because the skirt is quite a disappointment.

Not Worth the Sale Price, Let Alone the Full Price!
When I first saw this skirt on-line I thought it was an amazing deal for a unique piece. Now I know why it was on sale and why all the reviews have disappeared.
When I first tried it on I noticed that the colors were a little more muted than on-line but the most noticeable thing was that the pattern ON THE FRONT ONLY WAS EXTREMELY CROOKED AND SIDEWAYS! The back was fine, which only made the front look worse because it didn't line up at all!
Now the fit...well it didn't fit at all! I have ordered numerous, numerous items from LE and LEC for my family and myself over the past few years and this is the only BAD review that I've written. I'm really not hard to please, but seriously, this skirt fit horribly. I am a size 8 and 5'7", so not super skinny, but far from a plus size and this made me look like I was 50 years older with a HUGE belly!! I think it was the pockets combined with the front pleats, but I've never had anything from LE that was sooooo far off on the size and shape of a woman. Save your hard-earned money or get something else. You'd also have to pay to clean this one as the tag says dry clean. This one is worth the $8 shipping fee to send back to LE from Canada!
