Too wide in the hip
This was a nice, summer-weight wool skirt, but it was cut way too wide in the hip. I sent it back.

Gorgeous skirt, but print was crooked
This is a gorgeous skirt: true to size, quality fabric (surprisingly lightweight for wool), and lovely details. But I had to return it because the design was printed at an angle, making the skirt look crooked. I was so disappointed, because otherwise it's a great product. But the mistake was too glaring. I wonder if it was just the one I ordered, or whether others had the same problem.

Smart work skirt
The skirt is lightweight but warm with hidden side pockets. The waist band is larger than expected so it tends to slide around but I love the print and ability to mix it with lots of coloured tops

Very nice skirt
Very comfortable skirt, although either I've lost weight or it runs large or both. It's very attractive & slimming.

Lovely, but waaaay too big in the waist
I ordered one size down, having read previous reviews. The waist was so large that it settled at the top of my hips. Holding it where it should have been I then realized that it was too short for my taste, since it hit me slightly above the knee (I'm 5'7"). So, instead of reordering in a small size, I returned it. The sizing made me sad, because it's a beautifully constructed skirt--it has it all--pockets, lining, perfectly matched print, tissue-weight wool that makes it wearable for most of the year. And, the colors are lovely. So, if only you can find one that fits, it's a winner.

Fresh-looking and classy, high quality fabric, runs slightly big.
I rec'd this skirt as a gift and was immediately impressed with the high-end quality of the fine wool, loved the colorful border-print, and the A-line silhouette. It does run slightly big and my experience suggests ordering one size down, as I usually wear a 10 in LE, but the size 8 in this skirt is still generous (fyi I'm 5'10"). It's very versatile, the fit is flattering, and I wear it often and can dress it up or down: white blouse, cream tee, light-turquoise sweater, black top, boots, heels. The length is also great for me - just below the knee. Bravo LE!

Too big--print not clear
I was disappointed in this skirt. It turned out to be too big for my normal size and too long. The pattern in the picture looks much crisper than it is in reality. It's woven into the fabric and blurry. I'm returning it.

Love, Love, Love this skirt
I delayed purchasing this skirt because, as a plus size, I was concerned it would emphaSIZE my "curves." But when it went on sale, I decided to go ahead and see how it fit/looked. When I got it in the mail, I was immediately impressed in the quality of the fabric. Even though it appears to a dyed pattern, instead of a woven pattern, the fabric is beautiful. Also as a seamstress, I was impressed at the quality of the craftmanship in putting the garmet together. The pattern is percisely matched, even in the pocket seams. Well Done, Lands End!

Looks really nice!
The skirt does have pockets (but they're pretty neat), and it does have pleats (but they help make the fit).
It has great colors, is really pretty, just the right length, and nicely tailored to give a flattering profile.

Good quality, flattering fit
The skirt is made of very good quality materials and the pattern is symmetrical. (Important for me) The fit was true to size to a little big, but could also feel that way because I had on panty hose. It also has pockets, which are very well hidden and do not bulge out or take away from the fit of the skirt. The colors in the skrt are beautiful, but might be hard to match exactly with a blouse/sweater. The blue drapeneck blouse shown with the skirt online does not match exactly, so be careful if you are a picky dresser. Elegant skirt, I would recommend to a friend.
