Problematic clasp
I was really excited to find this suit in a plus size. I always wear a tank top over my suit anyway and I hate having too much of that wet bathing suit material on me. I typically wear an 18 bottom and an XL top ( sometimes a 1X). I am a 40/42D bra size. I ordered this in the 18W because in the past I ordered tankini tops from LE in a 20W and they were too big in the bra area. The 18W bottoms were fine. I liked the fit and they had good coverage. The top, however, is another story. First, it took me like 5 minutes to finally get the back clasped. This was so frustrating. There is too much material to allow the clasp to slide through smoothly. I literally had to fight with it to get it through. Once it was on, the back felt slightly tight and the straps needed to be tightened because they were so long I looked saggy. The cup was definitely not meant for anyone larger than a D as it JUST fit. There was definitely cleavage (but since I always wear a tank I was not too worried). I think Lands End was in the right ballpark for this suit, but it fell just a little short of expectations. Bikini tops should be sized like bra sizes

clasp is awful!
My major complaint with this bikini top is that it is impossible to get on. I managed to get it on two or three times with major struggles each time. I don't know what the problem is with it, but I finally decided it is not worth the hand cramps and the hassle. Now I'm afraid to order any type of top that doesn't tie closed, which is a little annoying because I wanted one that just attaches w/o tying. At least the customer service is good and they are letting me exchange it with free shipping.

Cute, but.....sized wrong.
Dear Lands End, This bikini top is like a bra top, It should be sized like one.
I've owned Land's End suits before and the 14D fits me great. So I ordered the 14D again with high hopes after reading the reviews, but the fit is weird. The cups seem too small and the band is very loose. Also, it was very difficult to slide the fabric in and out of the back clasp. So difficult in fact that my fingers are sore from trying. I finally gave up and stepped in and out of the top instead. The underwire did nothing to support me either.
I really like the quality, print and style so I want to try another size, but you are out of stock of size 12DD. Oh well!! I guess I go with the White Tahiti Paisley tankini instead.

Great fit. Flattering. Hard to fasten.
Love this bikini top once I can get it on. The material is too thick for the back fastening hook - making it very difficult and frustrating to fasten. Very comfortable and stays in place with straps down.

This bikini top is the perfect design and fit for this summer.
This bikini top goes perfect with its matching swimmini and bikini bottom. I got all three pieces. The size 2 fits me perfectly. I am an A cup and this top looks flattering for my size. The quality is as good as I expected from Lands End. I will wear it soon for my July vacation.

very supportive
I love this top. I ordered a 14DD top and I'm a size regular 14, 40D. I would not normally buy a bikini top, but I purchased this along with a cover up tank. I love how supportive it is without being tight on your back area creating lumps. I like having the option of swiming without being weighed down with a ton of fabric.

I just wanted to make it a point to write a review. I have had trouble for years trying to find a top that fits "the girls". The D cup with the underwire is the great combination to accomplish this. I am a mother of 3 and constantly am reaching down to get something for them. It is nice knowing that I have full coverage in an attractive young looking suit. I recommend this style to anyone. The size was perfect. I was very hesistant in getting a suit from the internet without trying it on first but, wow. couldn't have asked for better. I hope next year they will come out with different colors and patterns for the d size.

Cute but...
I'm 5'4", 110lbs, & 32DD. This top doesn't come in a size to fit a 32DD, so I tried both a 2D & 4DD. The D cup was too small but not surprised. There are 3 levels of adjustment on the band of the size 4DD, so I was able to get a good fit in the band on the smallest level, however, the cups were very wide set & they flattened my bust in a weird manner across the top edge. When I pulled the bikini top out of the package, the white covered underwire was exposed below the paisley material which was not a sign of good quality. I managed to move it back under the suit, but you shouldn't have to do that to a good swimsuit. The bottoms fit ok but no point in keeping them if the top doesn't fit. This would be a cute suit with some quality control. Not sure if I'd recommend it.

Best Bikini Top Ever
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this swimsuit top. It fits perfectly. It is sexy, yet appropriate for a busty woman. I love the higher sides so no extra skin hangs over the edges. My only problem with the swimsuit top is I wish it was available in more colors on line, as shown in the catalog. I would order many, many more tops if I could. I feel like I am wearing nothing when I have the top on. So comfortable and sexy. It is the best swimsuit top I have bought in a long time. It is more comfortable than a sports bra. It offers so much support and is so cute. I can hardly wait to go to the beach. Offer more color choices on line, and I will be buying them.

LOVE this top! Wish my bras fit half as good!
I have been searching forever for a cute bikini set that would provide good support. I purchased a size 20, I wear a 40 C and it fits perfectly! GREAT support and coverage yet is comfortable! I love how the top has the middle fabric piece so I don't have to worry about anything popping out. Truly a wonderful purchase! Downside.. not enough color choices. If there were I would buy them! *Hint hint!!
