Uncomfortable straps and fit
I have worn Lands' End bathing suits for at least 20 years and this is the first piece that I have not been entirely happy with. The straps are uncomfortable and cut into my shoulder. When I tighten the straps so that they do not slip off my shoulder, they dig into me. The "bra" type adjustment does not stay in place. Also, the fit of the tankini top is quite long and a bit loose. My previous tankini tops have not been as long as this one. When I put it on, my sister thought it looked odd. When I got in the pool, the top lengthened even more, so that it almost covered the bottom. If I hadn't worn it, I would return it. I don't recommend this tankini top.

Great top, but not much give / stretch
Just got this top in a size 10. I'm 5'6", 165 lbs and a 36C bra size. Unlike other tankini tops from LE this one has very little stretch in it, so it is quite tight and uncomfortable to put on. It cuts into my underarms and back and isn't really practical. I'll be sending it back and sizing up, hoping for a better fit. It is otherwise very cute and nicely shaped!

Pretty top but does not have much shape to it, straight cut!
I was really looking forward to the swimsuit pieces coming in. As I pulled top out of bag to try on, it looked pretty straight, not much shape to it except for the large underwire in the top section. The fabric felt good but had no give at all. It was very tight and did not have a curve to fit my waist. This will have to be returned. Sizing does not seem consistent with the myriad of other items I purchase from LE all year long.
I will have to go back to the drawing board to see what fits a Pear shape better!

This swim top fit perfectly and is very flattering to the bust.

Great quality & size
I have just come back from the Virgin Islands and thanks to Lands End I was able to have a new suit that fit and looked great. Thank you Dec/8/12
