Love the batik print and the top, but bottom saggy I usually wear a 12 in LE but I will try the next size down in a 10, but it will probably be too tight. I also wanted a D or DD cup but see this isn't available (why??) The bottom was indeed saggy and the overall body of the suit seemed way too long although the bust area fit me perfectly. I had that problem with a couple of the other suits in size 12. Usually the bottoms are too tight or high cut in other brands but not with LE. I appreciate that you are trying to fit a more curvy womanly figure though. I might just stick with my tankinis. Love the batik prints - please make more styles and colors with them. So flattering and hides the flaws. Also please LE make more suits with thicker more comfortable straps for those of us (many of us) with D+ boobs. Ever hear of a supportive bra with spaghetti straps? It doesn't have to be grandma looking, but just flatter and less rope-like. Otherwise great suit and hope it works for me in a 10. June 4, 2013
beautiful suit, cut not quite right The material of the suit is lovely, the fabric is clearly good quality and the suit is fully lined. That being said, I have to return the suit for sizing reasons. I'm 5'6", 140 pounds, wear a 34C bra and have an hourglass / curvy body type. I ordered the 6 and found the top part to fit like MAGIC but the hip area was way too tight and created butt & thigh pudge because the leg casing was so low and tight. I also think the suit made me look thicker through the back and mid-section - it fit across my shoulder blades but then gapped over my lower back, creating the illusion that I was thicker than I really am. If the suit had a lower cut back this wouldn't have been an issue. May 25, 2013
This is the ONLY suit from this year's collection that works for me This is the ONLY suit from this year's collection that works for me ...and only because I took out the removable cups. The other underwire suits don't work for my DD figure. All the rest of the underwire suits, including the Bardot Floral, which comes in DD and DDD, have sewn in soft cups ... I don't understand why someone with large breasts would want a suit with extra padding (or why Lands End would make one). I also wonder why underwires are only offered in the Plus sized tugless tank. Here's what I want: a simple one piece suit, with underwires, with no cups or removable cups, in a regular size. Please. May 18, 2013
SUITS ME JUST FINE I purchased this suit in navy and have worn it just about every day since. It is not worn for swim or beach, it is worn as a top with jeans and a light sweater. I like everything about it, except perhaps, for the fact the overall suit is too long and bags in the buttocks area. However, I do not fault the suit, perhaps I might have ordered the petite size for a shorter overall fit. May 11, 2013
Like wrestling with a boa constrictor! Getting into this suit, and it is my correct size, took about 15 minutes and made me feel like I was fighting a losing battle with an angry boa constrictor! I liked the colorful batik print fabric and that the top was adjustable, but the suit is way too overconstructed with a very constrictive full lining front and back. The lining material has very little give, so I could barely get it over my hips. I'd expect to find construction like this in a "slender" suit, which is why I don't buy those, but there was nothing in the product description to warn me about this. If the suit had been lined only in the front with a more forgiving material, or not lined at all, and had a low-cut back, it would have been great! Since it's not, I'm returning it, and will continue to search for a suit that goes on easily on hot, humid summer days and is comfortable to wear for swimming and deep-water aerobics in the pool. Suit is wonderful except . . . Lands End - please listen up. Ordered this style in two different patterns plus one other suit.. All fit beautifully except for the saggy bottom! What is with this? Seems to be a recurring problem with many of your suits and I was looking at a petite suit and almost every review said the same thing. Please listen to what people are saying and tighten up the rear ends!! February 26, 2013
