Great Fit
I have ordered both Swim Mini and Mini Swim Mini skirts in the past. I thought because I am both somewhat tall and long through the body that the Swim Mini would be better. Wrong. I really do prefer the shorter Mini Swim Mini, and feel I look much better in it. Ordered this batik skirt with the Navy Adjustable Top and am most happy.

Great swim skirt
This is such a cute swim skirt, fits well, is about 2 1/2 inches below belly button, but not real low. I might like it a tad better if it came up another inch or so, but it is very cute, great length--not too long and dowdy and such a fun print. I looked all over for swim suits and decided on this with the blule halter top.

Comfy with good fit but if you're picky....
Ok, there's not doubt about it: this is a cute swim skirt. I don't normally wear bathing suits bottoms because I personally have issues with the tops of my inner thighs, but hey, that's just me. This little swim skirt is the perfect concept for hiding my personal insecurity while still being long enough to be a tasteful mini on my 5'11" frame. However, I would say the following: I bought a size 14 when I have been wearing a size 12 pant (Canadian "12"; it's silly, but there's a difference between countries in how stuff is sized, hence my good look at the Land's End sizing chart. Check it out!): a good choice even though the waist band was slightly loose. I would highly recommend Land's End put in a discreet tie for this swim skirt because once it got wet, the skirt was weighed down and a tie would have helped prevent minor slippage. Also, as other reviewers have stated, there is less material in the back than in the front, and that doesn't make sense to me. I mean, I barely have a "behind" and the skirt is still shorter in the back. Odd. At any rate, I'm down to a size 10/11 pant now and yet, as I wear the swim skirt, the inner swim suit part still fits nicely around the leg/bottom. - And I *really* wish there was a drawstring now. I'm going to cruise the Lands End site for another swim skirt - because their quality is otherwise wonderful - and give this one away.

Beautiful, but back length shorter than front
This fabric is beautiful and substantial! I usually wear 4-6 LE bottoms, but wear an 8 in this. The length in front is perfect, but the length of the back of skirt fits shorter. Same problem with a mini I bought last year - fits longer in front than back. Hey, LE, we have a bum to cover, so the there should be more length of fabric in the back to hang straight all round.

great swim skirt, fits perfect!
This is a great swim skirt, is great length and covers but is not too long either! I would totally recommend it to everyone, I liked it so much, I got another one!

Uncomfortable with fit
Hoped that this was going to fit perfectly, but it didn't. Although it fit well enough and covered the backside nicely, it sits too low on the hips, accentuating the negative instead of the positive. My slight bulge just below the waistline on the hip was too obvious, even with the tankini top over it. Not an overweight person, but want to feel comfortably covered in the right places, which this swim mini did not do. Will be returning this item.
