Pretty shoes
These shoes are absolutely gorgeous when you see them in real life. Unfortunately they didn't stay on my heels when I walked so I had to send them back.

Beautiful shoes!
These shoes go so well with so many outfits. I ordered a size up from my usual based on previous ratings indicating they are a small fit, but my regular size probably would have been fine. So I think they are true to size...so hard to tell with shoes.

Beautiful shoe, wrong fit
I loved the look of this shoe and its high quality materials and construction. It was well-balanced so I could walk in it even though the heel was high. Unfortunately the front of the shoe cut right across the knuckle of the big toe, making it too uncomfortable to wear. I was so disappointed. I bought it in multiple colors and had to return them all.

Perfect color
The quality of this shoe is great as well as the fit! Love it!!!

Great Pump
Bought the Mulberry color. Love the cut, heel height, rich color and leather sole. The arch support is a bit odd, as it is very thick. Other than that, this shoe is a dead ringer for much more expensive versions at J.Crew. I purchased these with a gift card and doubt I would have spent the money (due to the super high arch support) if it were cash.

Great Shoe
Ordered the mulberry suede. Beautiful color. Comfortable shoe, has lots of padding. Goes great with charcoal grey, black, and even jeans. Heal is not too high, but fashionably high. Would recommend this shoe.

Great shoes.
Straight out of the box these shoes fit great and were very comfortable. Not only were the well padded, they roll well when walking - not causing an awkward gait like some high heels do. I tend to range between a 9.5 and a 10 in any shoe, any maker, and after reading other reviews went with the larger of the sizes I fall between. Perfect fit - even for my feet which tend to fall on the wider end of the spectrum.
4 boats out of 5 only because the luggage tan seems to scuff a bit easily. But even scuffs can usually be buffed out.

Classic but not boring
I've never had shoes from Land's End before so I was a little apprehensive, but I figured with the good reviews and $40 discount, it was worth a shot. So glad I did! These are definitely worth the $99 - the quality and comfort are excellent. Yes, the heel is on the higher side (and slim as someone just mentioned, but that's pretty obvious given the pictures), but with the extra cushy insole and arch support, they're very reasonable for a day at the office or a night out. I find them to be sturdy and easy to walk in, and that's coming from someone who has pretty much lived in flats for the past two years due to being pregnant and having an infant. And while the pictures shown are accurate, they just don't do the shoes any justice. They are much more stylish in person - classic and sexy. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned, sure, the current heel "trend" is a bit on the chunky side, but these are timeless. I've had multiple friends compliment me on them and inquire as to the brand assuming they're designer, and they were shocked when I told them! Regarding color, I have the Luggage Tan. Perfect for my pale complexion. (Maybe not so much for an olive tone. I think the nude patent leather version may be a better option.) Regarding size, I was between a 7.5 and an 8 pre-pregnancy, but now tend to be between an 8 and 8.5. I went with the 8, and they are roomy but not too big to stay on my foot. Not too narrow as some mention. The 8.5 would be huge. Now I'm just debating on which additional color to purchase!

Fine if you like a narrow heel
they are cute they fit well and are true to size but such a narrow heel wears incredibly poorly and isn't very fresh looking. with a little more thought you could have come up with a slightly chunkier heel---even a small platform --and you would have had something that not only looks more up to date but would wear longer and be more stable AND would not get caught in the grates on a city street.

Nice Shoes
Nice professional shoes. Unfortunately they did not fit my feet well and were sent back. I would presume that a different size would have been more successful.
