Not as "no-iron" as I would like.
This shirt is beautiful with a stripe textured fabric. My reason for purchasing the shirt is that it was advertised as "no-iron"; however, that is not the case. As I pulled it out of my dryer, I immediately saw that the inside of the shirt behind the buttonholes would have to be pressed out and then I would have to press the remainder of the shirt to make it look neat and professional. Can anyone tell me where to find a nice, 3/4 sleeved shirt that is truly no-iron? I am down to 2 and they both have 3% spandex in them. I really thought this was "the shirt" and was ready to purchase one in every color. The fit is fine. No-iron is VERY important to me.

Fabric looks cheap w/tailoring flaw
When I put in on, it felt well fitted. Fabric looks cheap. Oh, the underarms fitting is not good because the shirt will be lifted up in a weird way when arms are lifted: a tailoring flaw.

Looks sharp
When I first received this shirt in True Blue, I was not crazy about the feel -- sort of stiff and almost scratchy. Now that I have worn it a number of times, I love it. It always looks sharp -- never wrinkled or sloppy. The fit is excellent, not too tight, but shapely. As a plus sized woman, I find that the sleeves are often too tight. In this shirt, the sleeves are just right.
Today, I'm ordering two more in different colors.

no fuss perfect fit
washes and wears well. I wear this as a uniform shirt. It is comfortable and cool. You don't have to iron it and it doesn't wrinkle while worn.

Nice professional looking blouse for work
I need business professional for work and this is a nice shirt for warmer weather for work. It looks crisp and professional and is true to size.

A MUST for every wardrobe!
This 3/4 length shirt is perfect for a working wardrobe! The way the darts are sewn is very flattery for a woman's body. It goes great with slacks or a skirt. I ordered it in white and then returned to order the same shirt in black and light blue. The neckline allows for a cute necklace to be worn that really dresses up the shirt. The 3/4 length sleeves hide any unwanted arm imperfects. This is a super fitting shirt, and the price is unbelievable. You will love it!

Love the Shirt!
The 3/4 sleeve shirt is perfect! I ordered OP (5'3" 95 lb). Style and fabric are great. I was so thrilled that the smaller sizes were available I ordered both the Long Sleeve Split-neck Textured Shirt and 3/4-sleeve Tonal Stripe Shirt. Both are great shirts for skirts, jeans, jumpers...I will be wearing them a lot.

Classy, sexy, flatering & distinctive fit--the perfect 3/4 sleeve Shirt
I LOVE this shirt! I had been on the market for a tailored shirt I could wear on weekends and to work and I found it in this pinstripe 3/4 length shirt. The material has give, it hugs your curves, the darts add a distinctive look and gives it a very expensive look. I am not a usual stripe girl, so I was a bit hesitant when I ordered the shirt and was pleased that the stripes are very subtle. The best part, the shirt doesn't create a gap at the chest, it fits perfectly. HIGHLY recommend this purchase.

Huge in fit - Beautiful fabric and style
I had to buy the 18W as it was the smallest size you had. It is my usual size, but it was huge. I needed a 16W or smaller for this blouse. Have to add it to the pile of blouses going back to Land's End because they are either way too big or too small.

Great Basic Shirt
This is a gorgeous shirt and is basic enough to be worn with everything.
I typically wear a size 2X or 20-22 size clothing with Lands' End and this was no exception. It fits perfectly and the buttons do not gap anywhere.
I would definitely recommend this item!
