Not If You Have Hips
I'm an hourglass shape and depending on the cut, wear M or L because I don't like tight-fitting clothing. The picture looked like this would be a more-generous cut than it is. The bottom-fit on this top is designed more for no-hips. It ends up bunched up around my waistline, and if pulled down around my hips, it is tight and uncomfortable. Buy a larger size if you have curves because this runs small. Even the arms are on the too-tight side.

love - Love - LOVE this shirt
I've been wearing this style for years. Jones NY used to make it but broke my heart by discontinuing it...HOWEVER, Lands End's is BETTER. Better fabric, better collar. As it fit - I'm fairly tall and flat chested and usually wear a 10 or M but I had to send back the M and get a S. It doesn't shrink, take it out of the dryer quickly and it doesn't need ironing. Great for work, for casual and for travel.
But - not enough colors! Where are the summer colors guys???? I would buy them all.

Have bought this for multiple years
I have this top in 5 or 6 colors and wish there was a pink available. I usually wear a size 1X but I buy it in 2X so that it doesn't fit too tightly as I don't want to wear anything form fitting. Love this top and wear them all the time, because I don't like short sleeves on my arms and it is a bit nicer than a t shirt.

Nice change from the boatnecks I usually buy
I bought this to have something a bit different from the boatneck tees with 3/4 length sleeves that I usually buy. It washed and dried fine. The collar and cuffs are of a woven material, not knit like the rest of the shirt, which helps them keep their shape better, I think.

Fit true to size and a perfect color.
Great quality! Needs minimal ironing if taken out of the dryer while still damp and hung to dry. Am thinking of ordering it in another color.

I love this shirt! I bought a white one and wore it out!
Love this shirt and wanted to order another white one. But they don't have white! Yikes! Going to order black. And maybe order brown for fall. =)

Lacks style
I am so disappointed with this purchase. The shirt does not have any fit or style to it at all. It just sort of hangs on me. It is boxy and drab. The knit for the bodice and sleeve is too different from the collar and cuff. I think it looks pieced together rather than coordinated. I rarely buy clothes that I can't try on first, but I loved my other purchases from Lands End so much that I went ahead and bought this one. Maybe it is just my body shape that doesn't work with this top. I am 5'4" and close to the petite scale. Maybe this looks better on a taller person.
