Not no-iron
I was very disappointed that the fabric quality has changed. This is definately not the same no-iron fabric that I have purchased in the past. I have the same shirt purchased about 2 years ago and it still comes out of the dryer perfect. These new shirts come out wrinkled.
It seems to be a trend with manufacturers to lower the quality of the fabric to maintain profitability (LuLu lemon is one example). I order from Landsend because I expect consistent quality of fabric. If you must then raise the price. Don't lower the quality and make all think we are getting the same product.

Not what I expected
I was hoping for a sure fit with Land's End but was dissapointed with this shirt. The shirt runs really small and it even though it is a petite size, it's too short. The waist of my slacks is lower than it used to be and I'm afraid this shirt is just too short. There's no way I could tuck it in and expect it to stay there when I sit down. I'm returning it and not getting an exchange :-(

runs small; fabric is shiny and cheap looking
Terribly disappointed. I have a closet full of Lands End shirts in size 18 and this fits more like a 14. Also, the fabric is very shiny and cheap looking and the collar is very narrow. Doesn't look much like the picture at all.
