Yes the other reviews are right it runs big. I like the scoop neck, I love the color.
The XL was way too big and the L is just an OK fit. I think that the problem is that it is somewhere between a T-shirt and a peasant blouse and the fabric needed to be thinner/ for a more gathery / flowing look

Good for spring and summer in NC
I bought this top in white, size small. It fit well. The fabric has a nice drape and the fabric weight is thin enough for southern weather. I thought the neckline was flattering as well as comfortable.

Feminine
Nice fit at shoulders and a little loose in body - perhaps a bit too loose. The feminine design is appreciated! The scoop neck is too low for me so I pair this top with a white tank. I like the 3/4 length sleeves ... I'm always looking for 3/4 sleeves, which are hard to find!

Feminine and shapely
Love , love, love this top! It has a perfect, not too low, scoop neck. The tucks and gathers and little buttons are very feminine. The 3/4 length sleeves are flattering. It looks great with a jacket, so it is perfect to dress up or dress down. I bought it in every color.

Love the Modal Fabric - great top!
Lately Lands End has dropped SOOOO many good simple styles and colors of modal tops in the Plus sizes... and I have to believe this is a result of all the plus sized women who bought the tops them returned them, whining and complaining about the fabric being "too thin"!!!! LOOK. This is clearly labeled cotton modal.... this is not fat, thick interlock cotton. If you READ carefully, you KNOW what you're getting! I personally LOVE the Modal fabric for EVERY top... they layer beautifully in winter, skim my lumpy shape for a flattering, smooth cool look in summer, and flow like a dream. Great fabric, as comfortable as lounge clothes but with a very dressy look, feel, and hang. My one small dissatisfaction was that I was stuck with white buttons on the bright pink henley top... why not matching color buttons like on the navy top? But that was not enough for me to drop a star in the rating.

So disappointed...again. This shirt was too thin to wear without a layer over it...not how it was intended to be worn.
Had to return to my local Sears store. Lost my shipping costs. So disappointed in the quality. In the past, I would order several quality, white shirts from Land's End each season. The material was thick and modest. After several recent tries and loss of money in the process, I give up. The quality is no longer there.

Most comfortable top!
I love this shirt. It is flattering and comfortable, and looks great dressed up or down. It does fit big, so I would recommend going a size down, but overall, I could not be happier! I've worn it ALOT, and have gotten ALOT of compliments on it. It has also been washed alot, and comes out wrinkle-free and looking show-room new!

A different look than most of the tops
The fit of this was comfortable - not too loose or too tight. It's not your typical cotton top, but I liked it due to the comfort and the length of the sleeves. It's hard to find tops with 3/4 length sleeves that are both light and attractive.

Love it!
Loved the color- sapphire. Loved the sleeves- above wrist on me. Loved the graceful drape. The fabric could be a bit clingy but I wore a smoother underneath and felt great in it. Received it and wore it today - a first for me but I loved it. I wore it with a matching scarf but the neckline is perfect without. This is one of those little "gems" ha ha - that don't come around often enough anymore from Lands End. Great Job!
