Overall, this is a good summer sweater to wear over something short-sleeved. The fabric is nice and light and isn't designed for cold weather. As for the fit, my petite frame found the body a bit roomy, or comfortably not too tight. If your hips are larger than your chest, the chest area might be a bit loose. I'd say this sweater isn't designed to be worn over long sleeves, because I tried it over an oxford shirt and found it hard to pull the sweater sleeves over the other shirt. Though the final fit over the oxford did not feel tight, you could see the shirt underneath bunching through the sweater.

sleeves tight - love fabric
I love this fabric - bit more substantial than heavyweight tee, but not as hot as sweater cardi, but would recommend ordering one size up. Length is nice - covers but doesn't look sloppy

Too Big
I ordered this sweater in my usual LE size and its was quite big on me. So much so that I returned it and did not get the next size down. I didn't think it would fit either. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs. I ordered the small and it was very big and boxy. If you are looking for a slouchy weekend fit you would probably love this sweater because it is light weight and very nice. Only problem for me was the fit.

Beautiful Sweater
I got this in radish red and I just love the color. The sweater is made with a very nice knit fabric. I can wear the sweater anytime to jazz up an outfit. I am very happy with this purchase.

so comfy!
I tried it on this morning and wore it out to church.......then ordered 2 more! This is the perfect lightweight cardigan for those times in the morning when it's a little cooler or for when you're having to go in and out of overly air conditioned buildings and then out into the Texas heat. Perfect for Texas spring and summer!

This looked so cute in the picture but when I got it the color was very different-more orangy red than pink. The arms were tight and the fabric thin.
I had noticed this item in the catalogue and had been waiting for it to go on sale to order. I thought the idea of a cardigan out of the pique fabric was so clever, but I was so disappointed when I received it. The color wasn't anywhere near the dark pink in the photo. It was more orangy red than anything. While it did fit, the arms were a little snug and it didn't hang well. The fabric was thin and not as high a quality as the polos I usually get from Lands' End. A rare disappointment. I usually find everything I buy from LE to be of the highest quality. I love LE polos because they usually last severall seasons. I had no choice but to return this item.

Summer Staple: Want more colors!
I know this will be a staple for summer 2013....and years to come! Fit was great, material was light but substantial. I wish there were more color options.

Summer weight cardigan
Lightweight cardigan -- good for summer, and the quality is okay, but this runs very small. The bright pink is a nice color.
