Great product
It was obvious the moment I removed the warming pad from the packaging that the quality is superior to any other mattress pad I have owned, whether electric or not. The fabric quality is great, and it FIT MY BED, which is more than I can say for most mattress pads, including the ones that are designed for deep mattresses. The control doesn't slide around and fall off the nightstand, which is another plus. The pre-warm feature is awesome, and the heat from the pad is consistent, from top to bottom. I LOVE this mattress pad.

Heaven!
I just finished my second winter using the mattress pad. As others have mentioned, it is one of the best purchases I have ever made! Wisconsin winters are long and cold and the pad really helps. It first dawned on me to search for a heated pad after getting a massage where the bed was covered with one. I stumbled on this one after an internet search. It is a fabulous feeling to get into a warm bed especially after spending a night at the hockey rink! :) It's an affordable luxury and anyone who tends to be colder like me or needs heat therapy should get one.

Best purchase ever!
I don't know why we didn't get this product a long time ago. Living in Ohio now after growing up in South Florida, I was always dreading that first entrance into bed in the winter. No more! I just turn the controls on to HI about a half and hour before getting into bed and it's wonderful. The dual controls are perfect as my husband doesn't like it as warm- we turn it down for sleeping to LO - and if you get a little chilled in the early morning hours, just put it back up to 4 to quickly warm you up. NO blanket is needed. We just have a light chenille bedspread. This is a wonderful item with excellent quality.

No more getting into a cold bed
This was the answer to a warm, not hot, cozy bed. My husband tends to be cold, but never liked the idea of an electric blanket due to possible health concerns. This was the answer, it took the chill out of getting into bed, assuming you preheated. It only uses DC current, therefore, no potential health issues. I preheat my side with high and turn it off when I go to sleep and he preheats, then turns it down to a 3. It really is a wonderful, good quality product. The wiring/plugs/remotes are so much better than anything else I have seen out there. I cannot imagine ever being without it.

Lovin It!!!!
I bought one of these for mine and my husbands bed and I LOVED it so when we made our daughters baby bed to a full size, I ordered another for it, since I knew most of my time would be spent in there. I hope they never change this and always keep it available!!!!!!! It is incredible!!!

A great comfort
We find this product adds a lot of comfort in the winter. The wires are 'invisible' in use. We don't have to load up the bed with covers. Has lasted well, and this includes the skirt.
We actually use the product 'upside down', because the (apparent) greater density of heating elements at the head end make it seem overly warm, even at a setting of 3, once the bed has been fully warmed. Reversing the pad does make the control set-up and use a little less convenient, but this is a minor issue, since it is now more 'set it and forget it'.

Disappointing
I had high hopes for this product, but will be returning it. First, the heat controls for the two sides are completely separate - ie, you need TWO electrical outlets to run the thing!
And, I must say, the word "pad" is used very loosely. I guess I understand that, the more padding there is, the more heat might be lost. But this thing just seems thin and, well, kind of noisy. (That papery kind of noise from the fabric being stiff.) I put it on my bed, laid on it for about a minute, and immediately took it off. Never even plugged in it, because I would have had to go to the hardware store to buy an adaptor to plug in the mattress pad and still keep the lamp on. Thanks, but no thanks.

HEAVEN!
Oh, my gracious. This is the most wonderful thing I have ever purchased - I may never get out of bed in winter again!
It was super easy-peasey to set up, and I love that the wires are completely out of the way. The cords are also long enough that it's not a struggle to have them plugged in to the powerstrip and then reach each side of the bed. We preheated the bed last night before getting in, and then my husband turned his off, and I left mine on 3 for the night. We will probably turn it down a notch tonight, as it was a little bit warm by morning, but OH, it was just wonderful!
I have been recommending it left and right!

I LOVE my heated mattress pad!
I agree with all of the previous reviews except the one that said it didn't heat the bed half and half. I think that just was a fluke. Our queen size mattress pad heats right right down the middle. I love getting into a warm bed. After I get into bed I usually turn it down pretty low for the rest of the night.

I'm in love
We just received our mattress pad and tried it for the first time last night, and I am in love. It was so easy to set-up and fit our rather high Queen mattress. I turned it on 30 minutes before bed and when we snuggled in it was perfect! Instead of feeling tense and frigid when you hop into cold sheets, you feel warm and relaxed. I am looking forward to it when it really starts to get cold. I have already recommended it to friends, and they have ordered one as well. Used my 40% off so this was a terrific purchase!
