A light weight rain jacket for warm weather
These Jackets are really durable . My son had an identical one for two years . Some how he lost it. So now we bought this as a replacement . These are really usefull for spring/summer rains .

Love this jacket!
It's very hard to find a boy's jacket that is just the shell without any extra lining. This jacket is very light-weight but blocks the wind and rain effectively. This is a good summer jacket where you want to block the elements without adding too much extra warmth.

These jackets are everything you said they would be!
The quality of these rain jackets is exceptional. I bought them for my grandchildren to take on a Disneyworld vacation. They didn't take up much space and during a particularly hot and rainy afternoon, everything under the jacket stayed dry and yet they didn't overheat. Very pleased with my purchase. With a sweater or sweatshirt underneath they will even see them thru the first few weeks of school.

Product works but inner pockets are not secure
Bought this for my son. He wore it to a preseason football game in the rain. He stayed dry. Unfortunately, he placed his ipod in an inner pocket to stay dry but did not realize there was an opening on the bottom side of the pocket and therefore he lost his ipod. Great jacket but don't use the inner pockets to store anything you want to keep.

Really is waterproof
I bought one of these a number of years ago for one of my kids, and have since bought three more. It is a great jacket if you need to bring a rain jacket "just in case" because it takes up so little room (even if you don't store it in its pouch). I wear one of the larger kids' sizes myself (I am a women's XS and I wear the boys' large) and it really does keep me dry. The other day I was caught in a torrential downpour (my shoes were even soaking wet) and nothing that was covered by this rain jacket was wet at all. (Just make sure to zip it fully closed.) The material is thin, so it is not meant for warmth, but I think this jacket is a good value.

Good rain jacket but not for chilly days
Since there is no lining this is not really appropriate for colder weather but fine as a rain jacket for summer days. The fit is good.
