Love, love, love this blanket!
First of all, this was an excellent choice for a Christmas gift. I purchased one for my boyfriend and got his name monogrammed on it. He loves having a blanket for the couch on cold nights. So, of course, I ordered myself one too and got it monogrammed as well. Navy for him. Light blue for me. I even put in the special requests that the thread be the same color. They got everything right and it was promptly shipped for Christmas. He loves his and I love mine. Using it right now!
Highlights:
EXTRA big to keep your toes cozy and warm
Love the stitching around the edges
Washed four times so far and no pilling (we have a dog so I wash it frequently)
No shocks from the fleece blanket

perfect light weight cover
I have bought 7 of these over the years - 2 specifically as gifts for the "needy".
Am currently using 2 of them and "hoarding" 3!
They launder well and are of a perfect weight and dimension.

Arrived and quality was as expected.
I purchased these ThermaCheck fleece throws for outdoor use on chilly AZ nights. I have not laundered them yet, so hope they will remain pill-free when I do!

Finally a throw that is long enough!
Most of the fleece throws that are in the stores are not big enough to tuck under your feet. I bought this one to take to yoga class. The floors are very cold and I needed something that would cover my feet and reach my neck when we do relaxation at the end of class. This one is great. The fleece is very soft and warm.

Love this polar fleece throw
I love polar fleece throws and this is the best one I have owned. It is soft and warm for sitting around watching TV ( I live in New England ) What I like about it is that it is long enough to have up around your shoulders but still cover your feet! And they have a good choice of colors.

Would prefer better color choices.
Purchased it for a gift. I wasn't excited about the color selection, and when the throw arrived, I was even more disappointed with the muddy green color. But, since it was too close to Christmas to make any changes, I went ahead and mailed it. When my relative received it, she loved it. -Even the color. She said it was perfect. So, I suppose the color issue is all about personal preferences.

Very nice fleece throw
I bought this as a present for a friend. She loves it! It is soft, lightweight, yet warm. It is perfect for curling up in your favorite chair to read a book or watch TV. Cozy and colorful!

so far so good
I was pleased to see that both the throws I ordered (tide blue & soft peony) were true to color. The monogramming looked great, the throws are super soft & cozy. They were also much larger than I expected a throw to be. After the first washing, the thread on the outside of the throw seemed to get really fuzzy--it did not fray, or come apart. I am confident if there is an issue with the quality of the blanket, that Lands End will take care of it. Exceptional quality at Lands End has been my experience, and if there is an issue, they always gladly return or exchange. This is why I consistently choose Lands End over other companies.
