A slipcovered headboard has a more casual look than upholstered ones – and you can dry clean the cover if needed. Ours will be made just for you when you order, by craftsmen whose passion for quality matches our own. Each headboard is worked on by one skilled upholsterer — not a crew on an assembly line. The frame is created with kiln-dried hardwood, using mortise-and-tenon construction for strength and durability (and the wood is sustainable forest initiative certified). The headboard's batting is 100% recycled polyester fiber, covered in all-cotton muslin. Square wooden feet are finished with a water-based stain. The slipcover, carefully stitched — with striped fabrics matched and balanced on all sides — is fit not once, but twice and then carefully steam pressed to ensure that it's perfect. We'll deliver by our White Glove Service: your furniture will be delivered, unpacked and installed where you direct, and all packing materials removed.
