Excellent choice
I ordered this sweater in red to wear during the Christmas season; it has fulfilled its purpose, and it's not even Christmas yet. I received many compliments on the color, style and fit. If I did not already have navy sweater, I would definitely order this same style again.
Kudos to Lands' End for providing yet another quality product.

Love this!
My 5 year old has been very pleased with this sweater thus far. He likes that it's soft and easy to zip. I like that it abides by his school's uniform code, although it would be nice to have one in light blue or white as well (as these are the only colors he can wear on top).

Well-received Gift
These were purchased as a December birthday gift for a friend here in Canada. He was extremely pleased with the burgundy and the green choices. The fit was excellent and the density of the weave should provide ample warmth.

Unbeatable
Unbeatable quality, comfort, shape. Nothing has changed after many many washes. Keep the kids warm and zipper helps when temp gets a little warmer during the day. Waiting for the price to go down to buy more but it never does :) No wonder, when a top-seller & top-rated !!!

Fantastic
My son loves this sweater, we bought it to match a character on a TV show that he loves and he wears it every day. Quality is great, easy to wash. Worth every penny.

Good quality
I waited for a sale to purchases these as my oldest is in men's sizes already (5'2" husky 12 yr old) and its pricey. I purchased both a men's medium and a big kids small ( for my tall kinder). Upon arrival I thought I should have went up a size for my younger boy as it fit perfectly and prefer room to grow. Fit was slightly large on my oldest with stretching after a few days of wear which I attribute to him being a husky rough houser as my little ones sweater looks like new. Our school has a lost and found bin and I have seen many of these sweaters in them that also look stretched and quite faded. To prevent theirs from getting lost in the bin I stitched their last names into the inside of the zipper which both boys thought were "cool" and think Lands should offer this as an option since there is no place on navy sweater to use a marker to write their names.
I haven't washed them yet so I expect some shrinkage as mentioned in other reviews but will avoid the dryer or use low heat to compensate.
We are new to lands end and private schooling so the prices had an initial sticker shock but the quality is definitely worth It.

nicely made
my child is thin, so this fits loosely on him. i would say this is true to size, and the material is very nice. overall, it is a bit pricey, but worth buying for the school year when there's a sale.

wonderful quality, well-wearing
My daughter wears her sweater most days at school. It looks sharp and wears well. We've had several of these over the years. The blue will fade a bit with washing, but that's to be expected given the yarn material.
