LOVE! wish they came in leather
Our son has to wear black shoes with his uniform. These are perfect for wet days. Comfortable, neat, durable.
Just wish they came in black leather, so he could wear them every day.

Wore out in 3 months
I was so optimistic about these shoes. Within 3 months both shoes had holes worn in soles, piping was frayed, and a hole worn in one toe. They were worn 3-4 times per week during this time.
I've always been happy with Lands End quality in the past but these just didn't stand up to the quality I have come to expect from Lands End. They would probably be fine for school but definately not going to hold up to play.

Great shoe!
This is the third year I have bought these shoes for my twin sons! They are sturdy, durable, and go with jeans or dress pants! My sons love them because they are comfortable, and because of the rubber bottoms they can run around in them when they go outside for recess. The price and quality can't be beat on comparable brands for such an all purpose shoe. My sons have them in black, navy, and tan this year. Please don't change anything about them!

Cute pair of school shoes that will be good from Fall all the way to Spring
Keeps my little guy's toes toasty warm without being overly clunky and heavy. True to size, width and length.

One of my sons LOVES these
Last year my son picked these in the surprisingly bright blue color to replace his old (beloved but way-outgrown) LE mocs, and he wore them practically every day he could from fall into spring. We had to convince him to wear sneakers on phys ed days, because he insisted these were just as comfortable (but the school requires athletic shoes for PE). They wore well but got pretty dingy over those months, which was probably more noticeable with the bright color than with the muted neutrals we usually pick.
I've just ordered these same mocs in a larger size (and, at his request, in the same bright blue), but we've not yet put them into service, as he's still wearing the airy Trekker shoes while the weather is warm.
Oddly enough, our other son has never liked wearing this style of shoe and complains about a poor fit without specifying where it doesn't fit, so we no longer try getting these for him. I think it's mostly a matter of taste and maybe some subtleties of fit and feel, since we've got one twin who thinks these are the greatest, and the other who finds them unappealing. If your kid likes this type of shoe, these are well worth trying.

My son gets these yearly for school. I must say with all the wear and tear they really last throughout the school year.

Excellent shoes for active boys!
It's precisely what I expected from Land's End. The shoes are of excellent quality & look good for a long time. My son is extremely active & wears his shoes out, but with these he actually OUTGROWS them before he destroys them. They are wide enough for my son's wide foot, too.

Great Shoe!
My son wore these shoes all through third grade - he never wanted to wear sneakers and he doesn't even wear a uniform! The shoe held up really well even though they were worn every day. I am only buying a new pair because his foot grew. We bought them in gray and that color doesn't seem to be available anymore which is disappointing.

Great product!
I have purchased these shoes since my son started school 5 years ago. These shoes will last until your child grows out of them. My son loves them because they fit well, slip on and can be worn year around.
