Very comfortable, true to the size,very happy with quality
I got them for my 7 year old as a part of his school's gym uniform. They are very comfortable, soft, well fitted. He is rather slim (50 lb) and tall (52 inches) and size "S" which is adequate to 8 in BIG KIDS fits him perfectly.I washed it already several times and they still look like new. Would highly recommend them.

the fit is to size, but my son doesn't like the style
these are nice quality sweats, the size (14s) is good for my slim son. but he doesn't like the external white drawstring and also prefers a less 'skinny' fit. i was hoping he would like them and I could order more, but he only wears them when he's desperate.

Great Sweats
Soft, warm, very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a strong loop with which to hang the sweats over a clothes hook. It would make it more convenient, and you wouldn't have to stretch the fabric or the waistband.

Had to Return These Sweatpants
These pants were too large and, especially, too long. I expected the length to be an issue, but I had hoped that the elastic around the leg bottoms would help. The elastic did nothing - it was as if it wasn't even there.

Excellent Quality, but way too long!
Ordered these for myself, I am about 5 feet 100lbs, and although they were a great fit they were way too long for me without alteration, so unfortunately I had to return...

Pants for girls low quality - elastic at bottom is not tight? Why?
I wish my school would find a company manufacturing in the US - the quality of clothing from LE is going in the wrong direction! Very low quality sweat pants - with a draw string - I would guess total cost to manufacture was about $0.50 at best.

Great quality sweat pants that work for girls too
I ordered these for my 13 year old daughter who wanted a serious sweat pant and couldn't find them in any girls or women's styles. She's a women's size 2 (5'4") and the size 16 fit her perfectly. I was afraid they'd be too wide but they fit very trimly. Nice thick fabric. She raves about them every time she puts them on. Thank you Land's End for a great product!

For a boy's sweat pant the cut is more for females
Very disappointed with this product. The product runs very small. It has a female cut not fitting for boys. The elastic on the bottom of the pants is useless. There is a wide waist band seen on women's sweat pants, with a drawstring. Overall tight to the body and too long. Not confident that the product wouldn't shrink after one wash. Tried going to Land's End department located in the Sears store for sizing and the product was not available. This will be the second time I'm returning the product and the third time reordering a larger size. Substitutions are not offered.

Good quality sweats
Good fit ,good quality. Just be aware they are tie waist so if your little one can't tie yet, keep that in mind.

Comfortable, but large.
I wear a woman's petite - 4'11 and weigh 100 pounds. I first bought the XXL and they were far too large! I kept them to wear as pajamas. Earlier I had bought the large, but they were a bit too tight and after I washed them, they shrank. So I tried the XL and it fits well, except that it's a tad too long. I wear it around the house and to run errands.
