Better Quality Than School Uniform Co.
My daughter has to wear a middy blouse for her Catholic school uniform and I was so happy to find this 100% cotton alternative to the uniform company's synthetic-blended blouse. The Land's End quality feels much nicer (softer), plus it holds up far better in the wash, and breathes a lot more in hot weather. Unlike the uniform co's version, this blouse does require some ironing, but overall, I think it's a fair trade-off for the other benefits. Highly recommended.

The perfect "sailor" look! Love it, Love it, Love!!!
I have been looking for a sailor dress in an adult misses size that wasn't a costume. While I haven't been able to find this, what I have found is much better...at least for me. I am in a wheelchair and since I need access to my feeding tube port a sailor dress really wasn't an option. But a blouse is. And this midday blouse is PERFECT. I purchased a navy tie from a wonderful tie place and the look is a hit. Too bad LE didn't sell this type of tie (like a silky scarf) that way I would have a one stop shop. Oh well, maybe in the future. I coordinated my midday blouse and navy tie with the navy school uniform knit skort. It is very cute with the buttons on the left side. I may be 32 but I still have not lost my love for the "sailor" look. The brilliant thing about this blouse is you can dress it up or down. You can wear shorts, pants, skorts, or a skirt. Now I'm looking for the perfect shoes. And since I believe no one is too old for saddle shoes, I'll probably bring the outfit together with navy and white saddles. Thanks Land's End. You turned my long search for the "sailor" look to a beautiful dream come true.
It fits true to size and the tie clasp is perfect. I just had to figure out how to tie the tie to make it work. Finally, got it and it was beautiful. Home run again LE with this blouse!
