Not the products of yesteryear
I have been purchasing Tee shirts of various styles from LE for years. Once these products were an excellent value for the money. Over the last few years the quality has gradually and surely been slipping.
The fabric is now of lighter weight and a bit cheap. The cut is less generous. All sizes of the same size are not the same size. I suppose if these tee shirts are used strictly for the gym, they will suffice.

Different, but still good...
Yes, I agree with others that the uniform tee used to be a heavier weight, like the Super-T. But I like this new version because it IS lighter. I live in Texas, and this lightweight fabric is perfect for our climate. It launders well and doesn't shrink up (shorter) like other tees I've purchased from LE. I like the sleeve length, the longer body length, and the slight (not over-done) feminine cut. That said, I wish we could still get the womens' Super-T, without losing this lighter weight version.

Expected better
This was quite a bit smaller than I expected. Also the fabric was pretty thin. I would not purchase this again. The boy's version is much better.

Buy larger size
Other reviewers said this shirt fits small. I usually buy large and it is usually large on me. This shirt really fits nicely.

Its has a very nice texture to it and it fits right.
My daughter got a large when she's actually a medium, and it fit just right except it was too thin on her. But she actually likes how it feels. To anyone with a daughter that its around 60 inches and weighs about 90 pounds get the large.

Drastically worse quality and mis-sized compared to previous years.
Our children have school uniforms. We have bought these shirts for PE day for 6 years, and they have been very good, until this year. The fabric is <1/2 as thick as previous years, almost to the point of showing underwear through it. Also, the sizing has gone crazy. This years size 14 is about the same as the size 10's we have from last year.

Recommended for Boys
I bought this shirt for my daughter's school uniform. The shirt is long and loose fitting, though it fits true in the shoulders. I returned it as this is really a shirt for wearing in the gym, not to class on a day to day basis.

This is not your former LE feminine fit basic T
To take advantage of the 25% off sale, I ordered a dozen of these or so, in SS and LS, since I've worn them for years and love them. However, I'm having to return almost all of this latest order because the sizes are all over the place (some too big, some okay, all the LS big and not at all feminite fit), the necklines droop down and are no longer true crew neck, and worst of all, the fabric is thinner than before and are very flimsy. Very sad indeed, since they could always be depended on as quality tees with excellent fit.
