Good Purchase
My 14-year-old son really likes these pants for his school uniform. He can wear the size 16 with a belt or the size 14 without a belt. I like them because they do not shrink in the dryer and do not need much ironing. Also they do not stain easily.

My grandson loves these pants for school
These pants are easy on and easy off for my 7 yr old grandson. They have held up well over a full school
year. I love that they can be hemmed to the correct length.

Great pants for daily uniform wear!
I buy these pants for my 10 yr old son to wear to school. I have been been buying these for 4 years and he has never worn a pair out before outgrowing them. Great quality and wear. Lands end is the only place I can get pants that are small enough in the waist yet long enough in the inseam. I would love it if you could bring back custom inseam lengths for those of us with tall thin kids!

I am so glad I found these pants!
I have been buying them for my grandson in husky sizes for years. The elastic waste makes them very comfortable for "thicker" kids. I also love that they are custom fitted for length. Each school year they hold up, wash well, and make it from September to June. Thank You!

Great pants, one small quibble
Really like these pants; they are durable and my son says they are comfortable. Love that you can get them hemmed to whatever length you want. My son has a minor issue with the fingers on his right hand and while he can totally do buttons and zippers without any help, he generally finds it much less of a hassle just to have elastic in the waist. My only quibble is that the pants are slightly tapered. That is a very outdated "mom jean" kind of look. The tapering is not extreme but it really needs to be eliminated altogether. Please update this item to a true straight leg.

Tough pants, a little big
These are definitely tough-as-nails pants. They can take (almost) whatever little boys can dish out. My only complaint is that the elastic waist isn't very, well, elastic. I was expecting more stretchiness. I had to take the waist up a bit for now. I'm keeping them, but I like the regular waist with adjustable tabs better.

Best uniform pant ever
These uniform pants are perfect. All three of my grandsons love them. Wash well without fading or wrinkling and elastic waist means they fit comfortably through the long school day. They stay looking good all day and work with shirt tucked in or left out. This is the second year I have bought them and look forward to buying next sizes as needed. All three boys wear navy for school but like them so much my daughters have purchased them in other colors for weekend dress up.

Iron Knee
While the knee patch prevents holes all the way through the pant it does nothing to protect the pant material. Our grandson put his knee down on a rough surface and ruined the knee on his first day wearing. It frayed and had a hole but did not go all theway through. Material is very delicate.

Sturdy Pants, Good fit
I like the pants, however I do agree with another post that I read about the knees holding up, but the color fades. I don't think there is too much anyone can do about that - boys play hard and the knees will wear on any fabric, especially pants that are worn practically every day. At least these are the sturdiest pants that we have gotten and I will definitely buy more when they are outgrown. Overall a very good quality.

Lint Collectors
I purchased these pants in navy and black. They were meant to be "dresssy" pants for my dad. Unfortunately, if there is any lint within a five-block radius, these pants will be sure to find it. BTW - lint covered pants are not dressy. Very disappointing.....my mom is keeping, but she did also purchase a lint brush.
