Order a size up!
I ordered one for each of my kids and they had a hard time getting them over their heads. Definitely order at least one size up! Otherwise, the sweatshirts are soft, but again, difficult for my kids to get on and off because they're snug.

Sign of the times
I've ordered this style Hoodie from Lands' End before 4 or 5 years ago. The original had a draw string closer for the hood. The new version does not. Also the older was made of heavier material. The new one is definately thinner. All in all the new product is a bit of a disappointment.

Fits well and washes well, no shrinking for fading.
It fits well, super soft and just the right weight. I've washed it a few times and it comes out perfect, without shrinking or fading.

Perfect Hoodie
The quality of this hoodie is fantastic. Mid to heavier weight fabric which is super soft on the inside and the colours are vibrant! I didn't find a need to size up - i found the sizing to be perfect. Not clingy or too baggie at all. My son is almost 8 and wears some 7's and size 8 clothing. I did buy this in size 8 (which is his size), and in the cobalt colour which looks even better than on screen. Thinking about the other colours as well as he loves hoodies... and this hit's the spot. With kanga pocket and warmth it's perfect!

The hoodie was just as it was pictured
The hoodie is just as it is pictured in the catalog on line and it was true to size. I am pleased with the quality and know my son will get a lot of wear out of this.

Nice sweatshirt but runs small
I got the size Small in big boys (size 7/8)...my son wears a 7 and it just fits him...looks short in the body. I hope they will exchange it as it is a logo uniform sweathshirt. Order up in these....

Wonderful
I bought four of these for my two grandsons and they are wonderful. They do not stretch out of shape and the color stays true to form. Well worth the money. My 6 year old refuses to take his off and sleeps in his.

Super Comfortable
These Hoodies are super comfy and my kids love them. Thinking about getting one for myself :)

My son really likes his new school sweatshirt.
My only complaint is that the embroidered emblem is really small. Also, the embroidery is white thread on a grey sweatshirt, so it doesn't show up as much as it would have with green or blue thread. I'm not sure if the logo decsions are the school's or up to Land's End.
