Perfect for School These are thick knit, well made shirts that are perfect school uniform shirts. The Peter Pan collar gives a more feminine feel than the typical polo. I've used them for 4 years and they have been wonderful; soft, durable, wash well and are comfortable even with the long sleeves under cardigan sweaters. Highly recommend. October 27, 2012

Love the ruffle Peter Pan collar but it is a little big for the shirt. We have purchased the regular polo shirts with the peter pan collars and love them. We bought this one also for a "change" in my daughter's daily uniform. I like the ruffle but personally I think the collar with the ruffle is a little big for the shirt and makes it feel disproportionate to the rest of the shirt. It's not as noticeable when you wear the shirt by itself but when you put a sweater over the shirt and pull the collar out to lay over the sweater- it seems a little large. LE needs to account for the collar sizing the next time they make the collar-not just schlep some ruffle on the end but make the whole collar a comparable size to the shirt. Otherwise the quality is good Lands End quality and is nice and soft for daily wearing. October 13, 2012

Cute uniform shirt My 1st grade daughter usually wears a size 6x from Lands End but I decided to go up 1 size (Big Girl 7-8) to allow for growth during the school year. Went from a just right 6x to a double rolled sleeve 7-8. A definite noticeable difference in size. The ruffled collar is a bit on the large side.
