Reviews were misleading.
Many reviews for this shoe and another one I got for my daughter said that the shoes ran big and to order a size down. So, I went on the advice of the reviewers and got my daughter a size 3 and they were way too small. It's difficult to purchase shoes online, so I wasn't disappointed in Lands End, just the reviews. I went to a Lands End store to see if they had the shoe in stock. They did, and my daughter tried on the 4 and it was only slightly big. She would take a 3 1/2, but this shoe does not come in half sizes. They are very cute shoes, but just didn't fit properly. Half sizes would be great in this shoe.

Shoes Run One Size Too Big
Great shoes that fit well but definitely run one size larger than normal LE shoes. They are worth the price, constructed of quality materials, comfortable for a full day of school and look great with uniforms. They would have received 5-stars except for the sizing issue.

great fit
This is my daughter's second pair. They have a great fit for her. They don't flop off her feet. They're so comfy she wants to wear them all the time, even at home, and for P.E. at school! They're just for school though. She wears a school uniform and they are nice and polished for school, but come in fun, not-too-flambouyant colors for a nice change of pace.
